Miami International Airport now offers American Airlines’ Flagship Check-In product. Aimed at premium passengers, the personalised service offers high-value customers a separate check-in area and security line, and a dedicated customer service representative who can provide assistance with baggage, seat and itinerary changes and connecting flight information.
Miami International becomes the second airport to offer the service, after it was launched at Los Angeles International Airport last year. Premium customers who are eligible to use the service include ConciergeKey members, members of American Airlines’ Five Star Service and First Class customers.
Virasb Vahidi, American Airlines Chief Commercial Officer, said: “Our customers who have used Flagship Check-In in Los Angeles overwhelmingly tell us this is a service that they highly value, as it provides an exclusive, expedited check-in experience and enables quick and easy access to the front of the security lines.
