Aermexico launches end-to-end Concierge Service

The new Concierge Service can be used to explore entertainment options at your destination and find out details on important services in the area.

Passengers booking a flight with Aeromexico can pay an extra fee for the new Concierge Service, which offers passengers additional information on their airline and flight, as well as their final destination.

For a fee of $15, passengers can start to use the service 48 hours prior to their departure and for up to three months after their flight.

It can be used to help create entertainment schedules, and book reservations at places such as cinemas, shows and sports events. The Concierge Service also offers recommendations on what do to in the vicinity, while it also provides information on vital services in the area.

The airline says that the innovative new service has been developed to “enhance the travel experience both in Mexico and abroad”.
