We are excited to launch the conference agendas for Future Travel Experience Asia EXPO 2015, which will take place in Singapore from 17-19 November 2015. Exploring the theme of “Collaboration and innovation to improve operations, reduce costs, increase revenues and enhance customer experiences”, an array of the industry’s most forward-thinking organisations are confirmed to address delegates in the region’s leading passenger experience conferences.
Senior figures from the likes of Google, China Southern Airlines, Scoot, Qatar Airways, Boeing, Jetstar Asia, TripAdvisor, Microsoft, Melbourne Airport, IATA, Tigerair, AirAsia, Peach, Japan Airlines, Sydney Airport and Air France-KLM will participate in sessions focusing on a variety of key industry topics across the “Up in the Air” and “On the Ground” conference streams.
‘Up in the Air’ conference
The “Up in the Air” conference stream will focus entirely on the in-flight experience, covering a wide variety of topics, ranging from the future of IFEC and in-flight differentiation strategies, to empowering cabin crew and passengers to create memorable onboard experiences. Among the many other highlights is the first presentation in Asia of the Onboard 2025 Think Tank vision, which has been exclusively created by Airbus, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Panasonic, Avianca and Honour Branding.
‘On the Ground’ conference
Meanwhile, in the “On the Ground” conference stream sessions will focus on the technologies that airports and airlines should be focusing on to improve the passenger experience at key airport touch-points, collaborating to future-proof new and existing airport facilities, and next generation technology strategies to enhance experiences and efficiencies in the airport terminal.
All conference delegates will also have access to the FTE Collaboration Forum Asia and the Insight and Innovation Symposium.
FTE Asia EXPO 2015 will also include a major expo of the latest onboard products and services, the first FTE Asia Awards, and an exciting social and networking agenda.
