Mandalay Bay Resort, Las Vegas, 4-6 September 2013
Event Theme
“Reinventing the passenger experience through innovation, personalization and connectivity”
This unique independent global forum for travel industry stakeholders will focus on the end-to-end travel process from the passenger point of view – from the moment of booking through to the collection of baggage at the arrival destination – and will assess how every aspect of the passenger experience on the ground can be improved. Hosted by McCarran International Airport, one of the most progressive airport authorities in the world, at the spectacular Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, the event promises to deliver an outstanding learning and networking platform through workshops, conferences, airport tours, social events, Awards ceremony and inspiring exhibition program.
This is the final evolution in the development of this event, which began in 2006 as disCUSS and then became Check-In. We rebranded the event in 2011 to reflect our broader focus, which extended beyond solving the queues and frustrations at the check-in area, and onto almost every other touchpoint throughout the travel continuum. Our goal is for Future Travel Experience Global 2013 to play an important role in creating dialogue between stakeholders, and instigating effective new initiatives for the future.
New for 2013 - 2 Conference streams for the price of 1

This year’s meeting will break new ground by introducing a new conference stream ‘Up in the Air’ which will run parallel to our traditional ‘On the Ground’ conference stream, and will solely tackle improving the passenger experience in the air.
