New Initiatives for Future Travel Experience Asia

Groundbreaking Launches

Exclusive announcements from travel industry stakeholders on their latest plans to improve the passenger experience.

Bigger Exhibition

Delegates will experience a substantially enhanced exhibition, which will see Future Travel Experience Asia proudly stage the largest showcase of equipment and services in this field in the region.

Broader Attendance

The scope of attendees has broadened to include not just our usual participation from airports, airlines, ground handlers and industry providers, but also representatives from cruise operators, security and immigration agencies and government authorities.

Federal Government Agency Attendance Discounts

In order for there to be true industry progression on improving the passenger experience, the travel industry must engage more successfully with government agencies in the areas of security and immigration. We need to bring them to the table on our discussions, so in order to facilitate that, we are offering these federal agencies substantially reduced delegate rates to support their limited budgets.

Airport Tour, including briefing on klia2

Malaysia Airports will also facilitate for FTE Asia delegates a tour of its impressive facilities at KL International Airport (KLIA), where many IATA StB initiatives can be seen in action.

Industry Leaders Roadmap to the Future Workshop

Led by renowned futurist Rohit Talwar, the workshop will draw on key insights from Fast Future’s research on Airports 2025 to help delegates explore how their strategy and business models may need to evolve in order ensure airports remain profitable and attractive in a rapidly changing world.
