Etihad Airways has become the first airline in the world to only operate flights with pilots and cabin crew who have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
Etihad is trialling SITA’s facial biometrics for cabin members, allowing them to complete check-in procedures digitally via their own mobile devices.
Boeing has teamed up with IMMFLY to introduce Boeing Digital Direct – a wireless inflight entertainment and digital services platform for airlines.
