Aerogroup is the APEX Member since 1997 (WAEA). . Our strategy is to serve a few airline clients but offer them the best world-class service adapted to the Covid crisis challenges.

What do you think is the biggest lesson that the industry will take away from the COVID-19 crisis?
Over the past couple of years, the inflight industry has seen many digital changes and transformations pushed by the needs of savvy travelers and our society innovations in general. COVID-19 has just accelerated this process.
The key lesson is to redouble our efforts and focus on what is important for travelers and businesses to overcome this crisis and become stronger. Harnessing the technology and people’s skills will ultimately enable the IFE industry to deliver more personalized travel experiences and exceed the travelers’ expectations.
