Already market leaders in the United States and United Kingdom, our global network is expanding rapidly. Our locations are at the world’s leading airports across the United States, South America, Middle East, and the United Kingdom, where our Club Aspire lounges at Heathrow were most recently recognized in the World Travel Awards as Europe’s Leading Airport Lounge.

Under our brands The Club, sleep ’n fly, No1 Lounges, Ambaar Club, Club Aspire and Gamespace, we provide award-winning hospitality services tailored to the specific needs of passengers and provide value-added experiences for over 50 airport and airline partners.

Using the latest technologies, we have invested in driving revenue growth for airports and increasing traveller satisfaction with the launch of our first digital service Connecta – a one-stop e-commerce and passenger loyalty platform. Most recently launching Connecta In-Lounge for guests to order their in-lounge favourites from the comfort of their seat. This not only boosts guest satisfaction, but also drives new revenue opportunities for the airport.

What brings you to the EXPO this year?

Airport Dimensions are positioned as the innovative force in improving the airport experience and driving non-aeronautical revenues for airports. Our unrivalled insights into what specific passengers are looking for and our understanding of both the physical and digital environment allows us to build an offer that is tailored to customer’s needs.

As we continue rapid global expansion, we are seeking new and innovative traveller experiences in the APAC region.

Why should visitors come to your stand and what can they expect to see?

Airport Dimensions representatives would love to connect with industry folk at the show to discuss how we could partner or accelerate the guest experience.

Our stand J20 will be a meeting hub for people who wish to connect with the team as well as learn more about Airport Dimensions, our existing and exciting new network development.

What do you think is the biggest lesson that the industry will take away from the COVID-19 crisis?

The COVID situation has taught us the importance of being agile and reacting proactively to unexpected change. This is especially true when it comes to the shifts in passenger needs that we saw at the start of the pandemic, which have only accelerated or become more complex.

Technology has become a huge focus for us and the industry, so we drive digital solutions to meet the new of a new generation of passengers. A wave of younger travellers now expects seamless access to digital airport services as standard, while also wanting more on-site entertainment beyond the traditional lounge spaces.

We’re already adapting to this shift with the launch of our Connecta In-Lounge digital ordering and introducing broader airport experiences such as sleep pods and gaming lounges.
