Second Working Session: Increasing revenues during the day of travel

After each presentation there will be a 10-minute panel discussion between all the speakers to explore other methods and ideas that could drive improvements in that phase of travel, before we move onto the next presentation. This format will ensure that all of the speakers can share their views across the day of travel experience.

Increasing revenues Inflight
Increasing revenues from Arrivals to Return flight
Unconference is a facilitated, participant-driven approach without presentation slides or AV where delegates can share experiences and ideas. At the start of the session, each delegate will join one of the discussion groups (each with their own captain) who will lead discussions on each table to exchange thoughts, ideas, experiences, learnings, frustrations and potential ways forward. Delegates will then play an important role driving the discussions and forming ideas and conclusions within that group, which will be shared by the captains through the post-event report, and passed to industry associations to help influence their next steps, so the good work can live beyond our time together in Dublin.
What are the secrets to effective digital transformation at 35,000 ft?
Today’s digital world has disrupted the way airlines interact with their passengers. The passenger journey no longer begins at check-in, or while boarding the plane, but when the intent to travel is established.
The constant demand for connectivity has redefined the scope of the passenger experience, providing more opportunities for airlines to engage with their customers. These expansive communication channels provide more control and touch points, making the two way conversation a reality – even at 35,000 feet. For that reason, airlines need to rethink their differentiation strategy and how to enhance their brand equity.
