Future Travel Experience is excited to announce the launch of Future Travel Experience Ancillary – a much-needed event that will empower the airline sector to profit from collaborative digital retailing opportunities at every step of the journey. This unique event, co-located with Future Travel Experience Europe 2017, will bring together all stakeholders who can play a part in improving end-to-end customer experiences while also driving commercial success through digital channels. It will provide unparalleled inspiration on commercial opportunities throughout the entire passenger experience, covering pre-travel, airport, in-flight, arrival and post-travel.
A digital revolution is afoot thanks to the unique relationship between airlines, airports, their fellow industry stakeholders and today’s connected travellers.
Through close collaboration, new digital retailing opportunities can be created, opening up a bigger revenue base for all stakeholders to share.
FTE will take a leadership role in helping airlines, and their partners, realise the opportunities presented in this new age and the Future Travel Experience Ancillary event will be the epicentre of our activity. We have incredibly innovative plans on how we will stage this show and work with suppliers to provide them with unique opportunities to showcase their capabilities, but for competitive reasons we will be keeping these close to our chest for now.
