AT FTE 2012, Simon Lamkin, easyJet’s Head of Operations Systems, will share the latest Project Halo developments and the airline’s views on common-use.

We are delighted to announce that easyJet’s Head of Operations Systems, Simon Lamkin, will share the airline’s vision for improving the end-to-end passenger experience at Future Travel Experience 2012.

He will exclusively reveal the latest developments from the Project Halo initiative and highlight why connecting customers and mobility are so important to the easyJet proposition.

In addition, Lamkin will also participate in the workshop titled ‘End user experiences of working with CUPPS, and alternative solutions such as virtualised airline systems for shared use’, in which he will put across the easyJet view on common-use.
