Austrian Airlines has opened a dedicated Priority Check-in Zone for premium customers at Vienna Airport.
Senators, Star Gold ticket holders and Business Class passengers have a total of 10 Senator and Business Class counters at their disposal in a specially partitioned 300 sqm area. The new zone also includes a special assistance check-in counter.
The priority zone offers a number of advantages to premium passengers, including short waiting times and a shorter route to boarding pass control and security screening via direct access to the fast lanes.
Due to its proximity to the Austrian Airlines ticket and excess baggage counters, the priority zone links all relevant check-in areas in a central location.
The new Priority Check-in Zone is located in the departure area of Terminal 3 and features a white, streamlined shell with quotations from the world of flying. The new check-in counters have been introduced in cooperation with Vienna Airport.
