Seven organizations were yesterday recognized for their outstanding efforts to improve the passenger experience at the first Future Travel Experience Awards

At Future Travel Experience 2011, AOptix will be demonstrating an end-to-end iris recognition eGate solution to simplify the airport experience for the passenger .
Amtrak Group CIO, Dee Waddell, will discuss the transformation of the rail industry in the US and how mobile technology can be used to improve the passenger experience.
FTE 2011 takes place at the Westin Bayshore, Vancouver, September 7-9 and more than 150 leading organisations have now registered to attend.
