The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver, 7-9 September, 2011

This unique global forum for travel industry stakeholders will focus on the end-to-end travel process from the passenger point of view, from the moment of booking through to the collection of baggage at the arrival destination, and will assess how every aspect of the passenger experience on the ground can be improved. Hosted by Vancouver Airport Authority, one of the leading airport authorities for simplifying passenger travel, at the spectacular Westin Bayshore Hotel and Convention Centre, the event promises to deliver an outstanding conference (including CUPPS & Self-Boarding workshops), social and exhibition program.

This is the final evolution in the development of this event, which began in 2006 as disCUSS and then became Check-In. We rebranded the event to reflect our broader focus, which extended beyond solving the queues and frustrations at the check-in area, and onto almost every other touchpoint throughout the travel continuum. Our goal is for Future Travel Experience 2011 to play an important role in creating dialogue between stakeholders, and instigating effective new initiatives for the future.
