airBaltic launches inflight digital ordering platform


The airBaltic SKY Service platform will enable passengers to use their mobile devices to order items from the onboard menu as well as the airBaltic Sky Shop.

airBaltic has introduced a new digital ordering platform that will be available for all passengers on board via their mobile devices.

The airBaltic SKY Service platform will enable passengers to use their mobile devices to order items from the onboard menu as well as the airBaltic Sky Shop, check the airline’s current destinations and ticket prices, and sign up for the airBaltic Club loyalty programme. Passengers will also be able to read Baltic Outlook magazine and the airBaltic Blog.
