FACEPHI (Gold Sponsor and Exhibitor)

FACEPHI – a Gold Sponsor and Exhibitor at APEX FTE EMEA and Ancillary & Retailing – delivers digital identity solutions that seamlessly integrate security, fraud prevention, and compliance within an intelligent ecosystem. Leveraging a deep background in high-assurance identity for the banking industry, FACEPHI contributes to the aviation industry by issuing and presenting ‘immigration-grade’ Digital Identities such as DTC Type 1 and derived ePassport Verifiable Credentials. “For carriers, this moves Identity Verification to the digital storefront,” explains Mike Luparelli Mathieu, Product Innovation Director, FACEPHI. “Automating the verification of passenger admissibility remotely or before boarding creates massive operational efficiencies against strict destination entry requirements. By combining biometrics with decentralised credentials, we provide strong authentication at airport touchpoints, replacing traditional friction with true, secure automation.”

Ancillary and retailing services represent a major revenue stream and a vital driver of operational results for carriers, particularly low-cost carriers, contributing up to 60% of revenue. “However, repetitive form-fills and legacy payment authentication flows cause massive cart abandonment from booking to inflight,” says Luparelli Mathieu. “FACEPHI is sponsoring APEX FTE EMEA and Ancillary & Retailing to show commercial leaders how a decentralised Digital Identity framework acts as well as an EBITDA stabilisation tool. By replacing checkout friction with instant Digital Trust, a passenger’s biometric profile becomes a secure, one-click wallet. We are here to engage with decision-makers to prove that a minor lift in ancillary conversion has a disproportionately massive impact on their bottom line.”

As well as being a Gold Sponsor, FACEPHI is also exhibiting at APEX FTE EMEA and Ancillary & Retailing. Attendees can expect to see how FACEPHI bridges secure off-airport verification with frictionless on-airport movement through its Ready to Travel and Seamless Travel suites. “Ready to Travel digitalises passenger eligibility and booking from the comfort of home, providing the passenger with their own digital credentials,” Luparelli Mathieu shares. “Those same decentralised credentials then orchestrate a Seamless Travel experience at the airport, replacing siloed, repetitive security stops with continuous biometric movement on the move (at bag drops, security, lounges, and boarding gates). Furthermore, we are thrilled to preview our upcoming innovation phase: Agentic Identity and Payments. We are actively looking for early adopters for PoCs to test this framework, which converges identity, consent, eligibility, and payments into a single, one-motion transaction.”

As first-time participant at APEX FTE EMEA and Ancillary & Retailing, FACEPHI’s goal is to firmly position the company as the premier Digital Trust provider for the future of aviation. “We want to move beyond standard IT pitches,” Luparelli Mathieu adds. “We are looking to engage in strategic conversations with forward-thinking executives – the kind of collaborative dialogues that directly shape joint product innovation roadmaps and drive the future of Ready, Seamless, and Agentic travel.”

Hear more from FACEPHI at the co-located APEX FTE EMEA and APEX FTE Ancillary & Retailing events, taking place in Dublin on 9-11 June 2026. Miguel Luparelli, Product Innovation Director, FACEPHI, is participating in a session focused on ‘How Agentic AI is shifting the way the aviation commercial ecosystem operates, and what the future might hold’.

Smarter Airports (Gold Sponsor and Exhibitor)

Smarter Airports – a Gold Sponsor and Exhibitor at APEX FTE EMEA and Ancillary & Retailing – helps airport operators and their stakeholders turn operational insight into coordinated action. Through its AIRHART Airport Operations Orchestration Platform, Smarter Airports connects data, decisioning and execution across the airport ecosystem, enabling airports, airlines, ground handlers and service partners to work from one shared operational truth.

“Our focus is on helping airports move beyond fragmented systems and manual coordination towards a more connected, predictive and action-oriented operating model,” says Martin Bowman, Chief Strategy Officer, Smarter Airports / Netcompany. “That means enabling better decisions, faster responses and more consistent execution across areas such as airside operations, turnaround coordination, disruption management, passenger flow, baggage readiness, safety processes and operational performance.”

Ultimately, this is about improving the outcomes that matter most to the aviation ecosystem: greater predictability, stronger resilience, more efficient use of airport capacity and a smoother passenger experience.

“We have always viewed Future Travel Experience as one of the places where innovation and practical application come together in aviation,” Bowman shares. “It brings together airports, airlines, technology providers and industry leaders who are not just discussing the future of travel, but actively shaping it. That aligns very closely with our mission. Our focus is on enabling orchestration not simply as a theoretical concept, but as a practical way of delivering operational value across the aviation ecosystem. We see a clear shift taking place in the industry: airports and airlines increasingly need to connect data, decisions, processes and people in real time if they are to improve performance, resilience and customer experience. Our strategic goal at the event is therefore to engage with organisations that are looking to move beyond fragmented operational systems and towards a more integrated, ecosystem-led operating model. We are particularly keen to share what we are learning from our work with leading airports such as Copenhagen, Munich and Heathrow, and to explore how those lessons can help the wider industry.”

As well as being a Gold Sponsor, Smarter Airports is also exhibiting at APEX FTE EMEA and Ancillary & Retailing. Attendees can expect to see how AIRHART is being used in live airport environments to connect operational data, decision-making and execution across complex airport ecosystems. “Our aim is to make the concept of airport operations orchestration tangible by showing how it supports real operational use cases, rather than simply talking about platform strategy in abstract terms,” Bowman explains. “One innovation we are particularly excited to highlight is the recent go-live of Airside 360 at Munich Airport. This is Munich’s first major release as part of its vision for Total Airport Orchestration, connecting data, decisions and execution across the airside ecosystem. What makes this especially exciting is the opportunity for key hub stakeholders, including Lufthansa, to leverage the platform as part of a more integrated approach to airport-airline operations. By enabling a shared operational picture and coordinated response across the airport ecosystem, Airside 360 provides a strong example of how orchestration can support better predictability, faster collaboration and improved hub performance.”

What Smarter Airports values most at APEX FTE EMEA and Ancillary & Retailing is the opportunity to engage with fellow innovators across the aviation ecosystem. “FTE attracts people who are thinking seriously about how technology, data and AI can improve the operating model of our industry, not just in theory, but in practical, outcome-focused ways,” Bowman adds. “This year, we are particularly excited by the conversations around how airports, airlines and partners can work more intelligently together. The industry has made significant progress in digitisation, but the next step is orchestration: connecting data, decisions and execution across organisational boundaries. For us, APEX FTE EMEA and Ancillary & Retailing is a valuable opportunity to share what we are learning from live AIRHART deployments, listen to the priorities of airports and airlines, and explore how orchestration can help improve resilience, predictability, operational efficiency and the passenger experience.”

22North by Phonon

The vision of 22North is to be “your digital passenger operations platform”. The company enables airlines to convert operational events to revenue opportunities. “Traditional PSSs have limited flexibility; most NDCs being deployed today are new packaging for old frameworks,” says Mr Ujwal Makhija, Founder and CEO, 22North.Omni-channel experiences and costs are pushing airline CX to its limits; aviation economics are changing with strong revenue opportunities from ancillaries, while grappling with and recovering fast from operational uncertainties. We built an intelligent orchestration layer that unifies three capabilities airlines have traditionally siloed: passenger self-service, ancillary revenue optimisation, and disruption recovery. Passengers today live on WhatsApp and mobile. 22North meets them there, delivering a single, continuous experience across WhatsApp and Progressive Web Applications, with no channel switching.”

  • Manage My Booking and Loyalty on Mobile Interfaces: Passengers manage bookings, change flights, select seats, add baggage, redeem loyalty points, and access service recovery – all within one uninterrupted session, leveraging mobile and conversational interfaces
  • Ancillary and Revenue Optimisation: Increasing revenue uptick and ATV through contextual ancillary sales (baggage, seats, meals), duty free pre-orders and in-journey upsell, and destination services.
  • Disruption Recovery: Recovering passengers, aircraft and crew from disruptions, factoring fleet availability, routing feasibility, ETOPS/EDTO, crew legality, FDTL rules, passenger score and downstream impact.

“The platform outcomes speak directly to that agenda: 35% servicing cost reduction, 2.5x ancillary ATV, 50 bps revenue uplift,” Makhija explains. “APEX FTE EMEA and Ancillary & Retailing is the right place to start those conversations.”

22North’s objective at APEX FTE EMEA and Ancillary & Retailing is to demonstrate that passenger operations are no longer siloed; they are about communication, convenience, and commercial value delivered through one unified system. “We are looking to engage with airline CX leaders, operations teams and digital transformation teams,” Makhija shares. “Professionals who are actively evaluating reducing servicing friction, growing ancillary revenue, and streamlining passenger communications.”

Attendees can expect live, use-case-led demonstrations covering the full passenger journey. 22North will be showcasing how passenger journeys can be managed end-to-end – from passenger self-service and ancillary commerce to operational assessment and OCC recovery intelligence. “We will also offer live structured consultations to help airline teams assess their current passenger servicing architecture,” Makhija adds. “We are especially excited to showcase our conversational orchestration layer, where airlines can manage servicing and ancillary journeys without needing passengers to restart the experience on a website or app. Our message in advance is simple: The infrastructure to meet passengers where they already are and convert the touchpoint into a servicing and revenue moment exists today. We look forward to showing you how.”

Alphacomm eSIM

Alphacomm is a Rotterdam-based company with over 25 years of expertise in selling digital goods online. Its mission is simple: make it simple and safe to sell digital goods so businesses can capture every revenue opportunity in fast-moving markets. Alphacomm operates as a Merchant of Record, meaning it handles the full end-to-end infrastructure – product distribution, payments, fraud prevention, customer service and revenue consulting – so its partners don’t have to.

Alphacomm’s entry point into the air transport ecosystem is through branded travel eSIMs. Airlines, airports, and OTAs sit in a uniquely powerful position: their passengers are already buying connectivity elsewhere. Alphacomm gives those travel brands a fully managed, white-label eSIM shop that turns connectivity into a high-margin ancillary revenue stream under their own brand.

APEX FTE EMEA and Ancillary & Retailing is the ideal venue for us because ancillary revenue is at the very heart of the conversation – and travel eSIM is rapidly becoming one of the hottest new categories within it,” Alphacomm explains. “Global airline ancillary revenue reached $148.4 billion in 2024 and is projected to hit $157 billion in 2025, representing 15.7% of total airline revenue. Our objectives at the event are threefold. First, to educate commercial and product leaders at airlines, airports, OTAs and other travel brands about the travel eSIM opportunity. Second, to demonstrate how fast and low-risk it is to launch with Alphacomm (zero setup fees, live in 4 weeks, no inventory – depending on the selected option). Third, to connect directly with decision-makers who are ready to turn connectivity from a missed revenue line into a genuine, repeatable ancillary stream.”

Visiting the Alphacomm stand won’t feel like a standard trade show stop. The company wants people to walk away having genuinely learned something – and with a prize. The centrepiece of its presence will be a live look at what a fully branded travel eSIM shop looks like in action: how a passenger encounters it in the booking flow, how fast the purchase is and why travellers convert. Alphacomm will be on hand to walk through how that experience gets built and launched under a partner’s own brand. Beyond the demo, Alphacomm will be having real conversations about what actually fits each business – whether that’s a fast out-of-the-box launch, a deeper loyalty and CRM integration or a fully embedded API solution. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer and Alphacomm enjoys finding the right fit together. “We’ll also have a spinning wheel at the stand with prizes so come by, take a spin and let’s talk,” says Alphacomm.

Alphacomm’s message to attendees is: “Your passengers are already buying travel eSIMs – just not from you. You have three things that pure eSIM players will never have: their trust, their travel data and zero customer acquisition cost at the point of purchase. The only question is whether you’re capturing that revenue or leaving it on the table. Come talk to us and we’ll find the best and most suitable way to get you started.”

Aviation Solutions by Schiphol

Known for products Deep Turnaround and Travor, Aviation Solutions is an independent subsidiary of Schiphol Group delivering high-quality, reliable, and proven airport solutions globally. Deep Turnaround optimises aircraft turnaround processes, while Travor enhances the experience for passengers in the terminal. Together, they drive efficiency, improve passenger satisfaction, and accelerate product innovation through active airport collaboration. Deployments of Aviation Solutions’ innovations include airports such as Vancouver Airport, Dublin Airport, Athens International Airport, and Milan Malpensa Airport.

Aviation Solutions’ key objectives as an exhibitor at APEX FTE EMEA and Ancillary & Retailing include connecting with the industry; learning from peers, customers, and new contacts; presenting its two solutions: Deep Turnaround and Travor; validating it roadmap and getting real inputs; and meeting new people.

At its booth, Aviation Solutions will talk about and share real learnings and insights from go-lives at many different airports – both for Travor and Deep Turnaround. Blue-dot navigation within Travor went live recently at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and at Copenhagen Airport – all can be done simply in the web browser of a passenger’s personal device. Meanwhile, Aviation Solutions recently rolled out new PRM call points at two major airports – improving accessibility and making journeys smoother for passengers needing assistance.

Aviramp

AvirampAviramp is an independently owned, UK-based manufacturing company that specialises in aviation access and loading systems, specifically focusing on height-adjustable remote stand boarding ramps and bridges. Operating from its headquarters in Telford, United Kingdom, the company’s journey began in 2010 when it adapted its commercial disabled access ramps to serve aircraft parked on remote stands. Today, it supplies an extensive suite of mobile aircraft boarding solutions to a worldwide network of clients, offering customised ramps that cater to aircraft of all sizes – from large wide-body planes like the A380 down to small regional turboprops.

The core advantage of Aviramp’s products lies in its focus on safety, operational efficiency, and inclusivity. Its ramps feature low-angle slopes that provide step-free, unrestricted wheelchair access, granting greater dignity to passengers with reduced mobility (PRMs) and eliminating the need for specialised lifting equipment like Ambulifts. In addition to improving the overall passenger experience and eliminating fall risks, these ramps streamline ground handling operations. They enable simple one-person operation, deliver proven 30% faster disembarkation times, and significantly reduce vehicle traffic around the stand, minimising the risk of costly aircraft collisions.

Beyond operational and safety benefits, Aviramp is deeply committed to sustainability and industry excellence. Through its ‘Go Green’ initiative, the company has developed its entire product suite to offer solar-powered options with continuous battery charging, providing a fully sustainable alternative to traditional diesel engines. Built to strict IATA AHM 913 standards and backed by a 10-year structural warranty, its innovative approach has earned it prestigious industry recognition. This includes the 2021 Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade and a ranking in the Sunday Times Hundred fastest-growing private companies for 2025.

Avsos

Avsos is an aviation technology company founded by people who genuinely love the industry – engineers, product builders and operators who believe the operation deserves software as modern as the aircraft itself. The company builds the Aviro product family: a connected suite that turns the everyday friction points of airline operations into clean, measurable gains.

Aviro IFR, Avsos’ inflight retail platform, already lives in daily revenue service with carriers such as AJet and SunExpress. Around it sits a deliberately interoperable ecosystem: Aviro Connect, an aviation-native integration layer (iPaaS) that lets systems that were never designed to talk to each other exchange data cleanly; Aviro Agents, an agentic AI platform that puts practical intelligence into operational workflows and behaves as digital workforce; Aviro E-Box, a portable edge server that keeps everything running even with no connectivity at 38,000 feet; and first candidate of Aviro Optimizers, Aviro Crew Scheduler for the people side of the operation.

“We don’t ask airlines to rip out what they have,” explain M. Fatih Berber, Co-Founder & Chairman, Avsos; S. Enver Yurter, Co-Founder & CTO, Avsos; and Dr. Ahmet Herekoğlu, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Avsos. “We integrate. Aviro plugs into the existing ecosystem – DCS, crew systems, payment, ERP, catering and ground handling – so that retail, data and operations finally move as one. The result is more ancillary revenue, fewer manual handoffs, and a passenger experience that feels intentional rather than improvised.”

Avsos is exhibiting at APEX FTE EMEA and Ancillary & Retailing with three clear goals:

  • Show, not tell. Demonstrate live, in-service Aviro IFR and the connected Aviro suite to airline retail, IT and operations leaders – real revenue running on real flights, not a slide deck.
  • Build the right partnerships. Meet carriers, ground handlers, caterers and payment partners across EMEA who want to grow ancillary revenue and modernise the cabin without a multi-year IT programme.
  • Listen and shape the roadmap. APEX FTE EMEA and Ancillary & Retailing is where the people who actually run retail and the cabin gather. We want their problems to shape where Aviro goes next – especially around agentic AI and offline-first edge architecture.

Underneath all of it is one objective: to position Avsos as the partner that makes ancillary retailing genuinely operational – measurable on the P&L, not just promising in theory.

Attendees can expect a hands-on stand rather than a static one. Avsos will run live demonstrations of Aviro IFR end-to-end – from a passenger purchase in the cabin, through payment, to the data landing cleanly in the airline’s systems via Aviro Connect – so visitors can see the whole loop close in real time. Two innovations Avsos is especially excited to showcase are:

  • Aviro Agents – an agentic AI platform. This is where inflight retail stops being a fixed catalogue and starts behaving intelligently: anticipating demand, supporting crew decisions, and turning operational data into action without adding headcount.
  • Aviro E-Box – a portable, offline edge server that keeps the entire retail and operational experience alive with zero connectivity. It’s described as the answer to the unglamorous but decisive question every airline asks: ‘What happens when the link drops at altitude?’

“We’ll also be candid about resilience and reliability – how the platform is engineered to keep selling and keep recording even when the network, the aircraft or the ground environment isn’t cooperating,” add M. Fatih Berber, Co-Founder & Chairman, Avsos; S. Enver Yurter, Co-Founder & CTO, Avsos; and Dr. Ahmet Herekoğlu, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Avsos. “In aviation, software that only works on a good day isn’t really finished software. Our message before Dublin is simple: ancillary revenue and a great cabin experience shouldn’t require you to choose between innovation and reliability, or between modern software and the systems you already run. With Aviro, you get both – connected, intelligent, and built to keep working at 38,000 feet. We’d love to show you how.”

biztribution

biztribution is redefining airline distribution with real-time, next-generation technology, empowering airlines and distribution partners to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and reduce costs by over 30%. Outdated pricing systems are draining billions from the airline industry, highlighting a critical need for intelligent and real-time solutions. biztribution offers a cloud-native platform that transforms airline pricing by offloading high-volume search and pricing transactions, enabling faster, smarter, and more scalable distribution.

At APEX FTE EMEA and Ancillary & Retailing, biztribution would like to showcase the cutting-edge solutions that it has successfully deployed for leading aviation providers, including connection optimisation tools, schedule visualisation platforms, and flight load auditing systems – all delivering measurable operational efficiency and revenue gains.

biztribution’s exhibition presence is designed to give attendees a substantive view of where airline retailing and distribution are heading, and the technology required to get there. Its latest air distribution capabilities include:

  • Real-time personalised pricing, availability, routes, fees and taxes (in compliance with IATA and ATPCO) – increase customer engagement and revenues for the airline.
  • PSS / Offer & Order Management (OOM) Offload: Avoid millions of unnecessary non-business / read-only transactions – significant cost reduction while revamping the customer experience.
  • Customisable workflows tailored to airline needs – revenue increase.

biztribution’s message to attendees is: “Our team, which brings decades of hands-on background in GDS distribution, airline IT, and travel technology will be there to dig into specific use cases, whether you’re an airline rethinking your distribution strategy or a travel player looking for cutting-edge solutions. For those who want to go deeper, we’re hosting informal one-on-one sessions throughout the event. Bring your toughest distribution question, we like those conversations best.”

Fairlyne

Fairlyne is a Paris-based travel tech company that has pioneered post-booking optimisation for airlines and rail operators. Its white-label SaaS platform enables carriers to launch their own branded ticket resale service, extending Revenue Management beyond booking into the final days before departure. When a passenger can no longer travel, they submit a resale request through the carrier’s own channels. The airline’s RM team sets recovery rules in the cockpit, monitors performance at flight level, and adjusts in real time. Francyne, Fairlyne’s AI layer, surfaces insights and suggests adjustments to push efficiency further. The result: typically 1-2% pure incremental revenue uplift, zero operational cost increase, non-invasive integration. Fairlyne works with Transavia, Flair Airlines, Royal Air Maroc, and OUIGO, and has processed hundreds of thousands of seat recoveries since launch.

Fairlyne has three key objectives as an exhibitor at APEX FTE EMEA and Ancillary & Retailing:

  • Connect with commercial and RM teams discovering post-booking optimisation for the first time.
  • Have direct conversations with airlines looking for proven, fast-to-deploy revenue levers.
  • Listen the market, as events like this are where you learn what the market is truly struggling with, what’s gaining traction, and where the next opportunities are.

Attendees can expect a hands-on look at both sides of the platform – the white-label passenger interface and the RM cockpit. “A quick revenue impact calculation: with just a few inputs, we can give any airline a concrete estimate of what Fairlyne would generate on their network in minutes,” Fairlyne explains. “A glimpse into where Francyne, our AI layer, is heading. We’re particularly excited to present the broader Fairlyne suite, complementary products in development to optimise post-booking revenue across more use cases.”

Visit the Fairlyne booth for a live demo and a quick revenue impact calculation. The company is also happy to schedule dedicated one-to-ones in advance for teams who want to go deeper.

Fairlyne’s message to attendees is: “No-shows are a shared pain – passengers lose money on non-refundable tickets and airlines lose yield on empty seats. Resale solves both at once. It’s a low-hanging-fruit revenue opportunity, still untapped by most, yet already proven across airlines and rail operators with strong results and growing industry recognition. It also builds a real differentiator on direct channels. Come see what it looks like in practice and let’s run the numbers together.”

Flow Analytics

Flow Analytics by AGC helps airport operators monitor passenger flow, queue times, and terminal density in real time, using privacy-first 3D LiDAR. No cameras. No personal data captured. GDPR-compliant by design. From check-in to boarding, operations teams get live KPIs on waiting time, queue length, throughput, and congestion across every critical zone, so they can act before service levels drop. Planning teams get historical trends and hard evidence to support layout decisions, staffing changes, and capacity planning. Fewer sensors. Wider coverage. Proven in real-world terminal conditions.

Journey Robotics

Journey Robotics is dedicated to developing touchless solutions that perform the physically demanding, repetitive tasks associated with baggage handling. Its robots load and unload all types of luggage in a fast and efficient manner, improving the safety and well-being of baggage handlers while ensuring passengers have a seamless and hassle-free journey.

Kaiban

Kaiban helps airlines turn AI into practical business value – without adding complexity, dependency, or disconnected pilots. It builds airline-ready AI products that help carriers move faster, improve digital and commercial outcomes, and stay in control of their data, roadmap, and AI knowledge. Kaiban combines ready-to-deploy AI products, a management platform, an AI product factory, and an airline + AI expert team to solve real airline problems across customer experience, retailing, operations, servicing, and productivity. Kaiban’s approach helps airlines build around their own business, not around someone else’s stack – making AI affordable, adaptable, secure, and fully in the airline’s control.

Hear more from Kaiban at the co-located APEX FTE EMEA and APEX FTE Ancillary & Retailing events, taking place in Dublin on 9-11 June 2026. Alfonso (Poncho) Ramirez, President, Kaiban, is participating in a session titled ‘How should you set up your commercial and retailing teams to thrive in the age of AI and Agentic AI?’

Movmo

Movmo is an express checkout and identity layer for airline booking flows – the ShopPay equivalent for airline direct booking.Airlines have the highest checkout abandonment rate of any industry, around 89% of bookings abandoned before completion,” explains Kameron Bertine, CEO and Co-founder, Movmo. “A big part of that is identity friction: travellers forced to re-enter details, create yet another account, re-apply their loyalty number. A significant portion is payment friction too – travellers hitting a checkout that doesn’t support the payment method they need, or running into processing errors at the final step. Movmo fixes both. We store passenger profiles, payment details, loyalty data, and traveller preferences – seats, bags, meals, and other ancillaries – so that when a traveller hits checkout on an airline’s website, everything is already there, including the ancillaries most likely to convert.”

Movmo sits on top of an airline’s existing booking engine as an embedded checkout button. No PSS changes, no IBE rebuild. “We integrate directly with the airline’s APIs, handle all the technical heavy lifting, and the integration lift for the airline is around 10 hours of dev work over the course of the pilot,” says Bertine. “The airline stays on their own URL, issues the ticket, and remains merchant of record throughout – they own the customer, receive payment directly, and Movmo never holds funds. For airlines navigating the pressure to modernise without the budget or runway for a full stack overhaul, Movmo is the fastest path to a checkout experience that feels modern – personalised, frictionless, ancillary-aware – without touching the PSS or rebuilding anything.”

Movmo has also built an AI agent booking channel via MCP. Travellers booking through ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI assistants get routed to airlines directly, not to an OTA. Movmo handles identity, payment, and fulfilment. The airline still issues the ticket.

Movmo’s primary objective as an exhibitor at APEX FTE EMEA and Ancillary & Retailing is to find the right airline partners for its first pilot cohort. “Movmo is pre-pilot,” Bertine explains. “We’ve done the product, the partnerships, the distribution groundwork. What we need now is an airline willing to run a live A/B test against their existing checkout – real traffic, real KPIs, free 90-day window to prove the conversion uplift. Dublin is the best room we could be in for that conversation. Airlines spend enormous energy trying to win travellers back through loyalty and marketing. A lot of that leakage can be fixed earlier – at the booking flow itself, before the traveller ends up on an OTA. Checkout is the most overlooked moment in the entire booking journey. Reducing OTA dependence starts there, before it’s a marketing problem. I want real conversations with the people who actually own the booking flow – revenue management, digital, treasury. A conference like this is one of the few places those conversations happen in person.”

A live demo will be running at the Movmo stand – the full express checkout flow on an existing airline booking page. It takes about 90 seconds to walk through. “The moment people see the Movmo button appear on a booking screen and watch a traveller complete checkout in one click, the conversation shifts from what is this? to how long does integration actually take?” says Bertine. “Around 10 hours of engineering time. We handle everything on our side, and the airline’s native checkout stays live as a fallback – no risk to the booking flow. We’ll also show the identity layer in context: how Movmo identifies the traveller at the start of the session, before they ever hit a login prompt, so airlines can surface the right ancillaries to the right traveller at the right moment. That’s the part that tends to surprise people – the problem isn’t just checkout friction, it’s that recognition comes too late.”

Passtination

Passtination is a white-label destination loyalty platform built for airlines. It extends an airline’s loyalty programme into the destination itself, giving members instant, merchant-funded discounts at restaurants, hotels, fitness studios, and local experiences, all delivered through a branded wallet pass that lives on Apple or Google Wallet.

“We build and operate a custom merchant network for each airline, issue branded wallet passes that feel native to the loyalty programme, and capture real-world engagement data based on how members actually spend and explore after landing,” explains Safir Jamal, Founder & CEO, Passtination. “Airlines can offer free trial passes by status tier, then convert that engagement into paid upgrades settled in cash or miles. Because merchants fund the discounts and our flat annual fee covers all technology and operations, every free-to-paid conversion goes straight to the airline’s bottom line.”

At APEX FTE EMEA and Ancillary & Retailing, Passtination is looking to connect with loyalty programme managers and ancillary revenue leaders who are thinking about two things: how to drive more revenue from their existing member base, and how to keep members engaged between flights. “Most loyalty programmes are excellent at rewarding the booking, but fewer have cracked what to do with members in the 300-plus days a year they’re not flying,” says Jamal. “That’s the gap Passtination fills. We also know that traveller expectations are changing. Today’s travellers expect immediate value, not points they’ll redeem years from now. Passtination gives airlines a way to meet that expectation without redesigning what they’ve already built. It complements rather than replaces the earn-and-burn model, and this is the right room to have that conversation.”

Passtination will walk attendees through two things. First, the member experience: what it actually feels like to land in a new destination, open your mobile wallet, and instantly unlock a local discount through your airline’s loyalty programme. Second, the commercial model: specifically, how free trial passes convert to paid upgrades, and why those upgrades land as pure margin for the airline.

Jamal’s message to attendees is: “If your programme does a strong job rewarding the flight but loses momentum once members land, there’s real revenue sitting in that gap.”

SkyFood Airport Delivery

TracFtech is a technology company specialising in autonomous robotics and digital solutions. Its flagship platform, SkyFood Airport Delivery, is a unique marketplace designed to digitise commerce in airport terminals. “We seamlessly integrate airport commerce, allowing passengers to purchase items from any airport retailer via app and receive their orders directly at their boarding gate,” explains Frank Lima, CEO, TracFtech.

The company’s main objective as an exhibitor at APEX FTE EMEA and Ancillary & Retailing is to showcase the evolution of airport retail and OOH media in exclusive motion on its robot screens. “We aim to connect with airport operators, airlines, and visionary innovation leaders seeking to enhance the passenger experience,” says Lima. “We seek to establish strategic partnerships, validate and demonstrate how autonomous robotics can boost retail sales and generate new advertising sources simultaneously.”

Attendees can look forward to a first-hand experience with SkyFood Airport Delivery’s autonomous delivery and media robots. “We are particularly excited to showcase our ‘media in motion’ technology,” Lima shares. “SkyFood is the only robot globally equipped with three integrated LCD advertising screens designed for high-impact terminal marketing. Furthermore, we will demonstrate our advanced navigation system, which features state-of-the-art cameras and sensors tested in high-density environments to ensure proactive, collision-free pedestrian manoeuvring. Attendees will also see our robots in action during on-stage activations and interactive prize deliveries. Crucially, we are thrilled to introduce our ecosystem’s software capabilities: our proprietary app not only delivers real-time flight and boarding gate updates directly to passengers, but it also enables airlines to issue digital food vouchers and gift cards within the platform, valid for consumption across any retailer in the airport.”

SkyFood Airport Delivery’s autonomous robots will be roaming the exhibition floor throughout the event. “Knowing the incredible attention and engagement they naturally attract, they will be actively distributing brochures and displaying dedicated promotional content on their screens to direct attendees straight to our booth,” Lima adds. “Today almost everything we buy or order is directly through our smartphones. Why in the airport is it still not like this? The passenger spends idle time on the cell phone sitting close to their boarding gate. Go elevate their experience?”

TripAdd

TripAdd is a travel technology company based in New York that operates as an AI-powered marketplace for travel ‘ancillaries’ – the additional products and services travellers often need alongside their flights and hotels. Founded in 2020 as part of the Blue Ribbon Bags Group, the company’s primary mission is to simplify the travel experience by using machine learning to curate personalised bundles of services like travel eSIMs, airport lounge access, flight alerts, and eVisas. By analysing specific trip details, TripAdd’s engine selects the most relevant products and combines them into discounted packages, moving away from the ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach of traditional travel sites.

The company functions largely as a B2B (business-to-business) white-label solution, allowing Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), airlines, and other travel providers to integrate its marketplace directly into their own booking flows. This enables these partners to offer a more comprehensive service to their customers while generating additional revenue through high-margin ancillary sales. A significant milestone for the company occurred in 2022 when it acquired Eddy Travels, a Lithuanian AI chatbot innovator. This acquisition allowed TripAdd to integrate advanced natural language processing and automated customer support into its ecosystem, further enhancing its ability to provide real-time, intelligent recommendations.

Headquartered in New York with a major R&D hub in Vilnius, Lithuania, TripAdd positions itself at the intersection of travel and artificial intelligence. By leveraging the existing infrastructure and network of its parent group – which has relationships with over 300 OTAs worldwide – TripAdd has rapidly scaled its presence in the global travel market. Its value proposition centres on ‘stressless travel’, aiming to handle the small but vital details of a journey through automation, thereby saving travellers both time and money while helping travel businesses modernise their digital offerings.
