Atrius - Spotlight

Acuity Inc. is a global technology company focused using technology to solve problems in spaces, light, and more things to come. Within Acuity, the Acuity Intelligent Spaces (AIS) business is on a mission to make spaces smarter, safer and greener through our strategy of connecting the edge with the cloud using disruptive technologies that leverage data interoperability. Within our portfolio, Atrius Wayfinder applies this mission specifically to aviation, powering next-generation airport experiences through high‑fidelity maps, real‑time data, and traveler movement insights. Through our spatial intelligence portfolio, we provide an enterprise‑grade location analytics foundation that goes far beyond maps, enabling airports to operate more efficiently, support confident journeys, and continuously transform the airport into a more connected and human‑centered place from curb to gate.

What are your objectives at the event?

Our primary objective is to engage directly with our clients and connect with industry innovators to discuss the future of the digital passenger journey. We aim to demonstrate how Atrius solutions transform complex indoor environments into seamless, intuitive experiences for travelers.

A key highlight of our participation is the contribution of Sylvie Ladame, Director, EMEA & APAC at Atrius (Acuity Brands). Joined by some of our clients, she will be a featured speaker in the session:
“Creative strategies to boost airport commercial performance while creating memorable customer experiences.”

We look forward to using this platform to foster collaboration and showcase our commitment to driving operational excellence across the EMEA and APAC regions.

Please let us know your latest news.

We are proud to redefine airport navigation with the industry’s first AI Map Assistant. For the first time in the aviation industry, Atrius Wayfinder is providing a self-service capability that allows airports and airlines to embed an AI assistant directly into their digital map interface.
Unlike traditional chatbots that operate as separate website layers, our AI is natively integrated into the live map. This transforms how passengers interact with complex environments:

Natural Dialogue: Passengers get immediate, visual answers by simply “asking the map.”

Map-Aware Guidance: The assistant doesn’t just talk. It acts. It automatically highlights routes and pinpoints amenities in real-time within the interactive interface.

Contextual Intent: By blending location data with AI, the system understands a traveler’s specific needs and position, delivering personalized assistance exactly when it’s needed.

With the launch of the AI Map Assistant, Atrius Wayfinder moves beyond traditional mapping. We are becoming the core engine of an airport’s broader AI strategy, ensuring that the future of travel is not just connected, but truly spatial.

Do you have any announcements we could promote prior, during or post event?

We are excited to share that we are currently finalizing a strategic partnership with Dublin Airport. While we are in the closing stages of confirmation, we anticipate this being a headline announcement for the event.
