We are delighted to announce a number of expert speakers who will take part in the two independent workshops exploring the viability of CUPPS (Common Use Passenger Processing Systems) and self-boarding at Future Travel Experience 2011.

Sharing experiences on self-boarding implementations will be Hideyuki Isomura, Manager Strategy and Planning, Passenger Systems, Japan Airlines; Samuel Ingalls, Assistant Director of Aviation, Information Systems, Las Vegas McCarran International Airport; and Bart van der Steen, Business Development Manager, Royal Boon Edam International BV.

Samuel Ingalls, who is Chair of the CUPPS Leadership Team will also put forward the business case for CUPPS, and he will be joined by Thomas Jeske, Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure, Lufthansa Airlines. Highlighting an alternative approach to CUPPS will be Shawn Richards, CEO & Founder, Ink Aviation.

In each workshop there will be plenty of time after the presentations for discussion between the speakers and the audience, so all participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and share views in an interactive environment.
