We are delighted to confirm that all four of the FTE Europe 2014 airport partners will facilitate tours of their terminal facilities to showcase their latest innovations first-hand to FTE Europe delegates and outline why each airport has an outstanding passenger experience reputation.
The Gatwick, London City and London Stansted airport tours will be led by airport management experts. Meanwhile, the London Heathrow tour will focus on Terminal 5 and will be led by senior executives from both British Airways and Heathrow Airport, owing to the fact that this impressive facility is utilised exclusively by the UK’s flag carrier, which is an official event partner for FTE Europe.
Places on the tours will be limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so be ready to book your place when registration goes live to avoid disappointment.
