The most customer-focused airlines and airports in Asia and Oceania were recognised for their passenger experience leadership at the Future Travel Experience Asia Awards 2016 ceremony, which was held at Future Travel Experience Asia EXPO 2016 at the iconic Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.
