Inflight Feed

Inflight Feed is an online publication covering airline catering and the inflight experience, founded by Nik Loukas in 2012. It reports on menus, chef partnerships and onboard service, and runs The Inflight Lab, a series of workshops where airlines and suppliers work through real onboard challenges. Inflight Feed also benchmarks airlines and their inflight service.
