We are delighted to announce that Dr Joachim Schneider, Vice President – Product Management, Lufthansa will deliver a presentation in the ‘Up in the Air’ conference at Future Travel Experience Global 2015, which will take place in Las Vegas from 9th-11th September 2015.
In a conference session exploring how to empower cabin crew and create a more personalised onboard experience for travellers, Dr Schneider, a member of the FTE Airline #PaxEx Power List, will deliver a presentation entitled: “Lufthansa aims to be the first five-star airline in the western hemisphere – in addition to its First and Business Class retrofit, onboard Wi-Fi rollout and a new Premium Economy cabin, how is it working to deliver a more personalised and enhanced onboard customer experience?”
Aubrey Tiedt, Chief Customer Officer at Alitalia, is also confirmed to participate in this conference session and will deliver a presentation entitled: “How will the new Alitalia onboard experience be redefined, and how will its cabin crew be empowered to realise this vision?”
