REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Singapore Airlines has collaborated with Bagpoint – a Partner of the FTE Baggage Innovation Working Group – to launch a home baggage pickup and check-in service for passengers departing from Schiphol.

United – a Corporate Partner of the FTE Hub and a Partner of the FTE BIWG – has integrated Apple’s new Share Item Location feature for AirTag into its app, so customers can access their bag’s precise location.
Aer Lingus – a Partner of the FTE Baggage Innovation Working Group – has enabled Apple’s Find My Share Item Location feature. The feature is designed to enhance CX by helping quickly locate lost or delayed bags.
In a major announcement at FTE Global 2024, Brussels Airport was unveiled as the latest member of BOOST – a groundbreaking initiative to transform the future of baggage handling through robotics and automation.
SITA – a Strategic Partner of the FTE Baggage Innovation Working Group (BIWG) – is collaborating with IDEMIA, also a Partner of the BIWG, to transform baggage handling with computer vision innovation.
