TAV Operation Services launches Treva digital platform to reimagine travel experience at ADB, BJV and ESB

TAV Operation Services is introducing Treva, a digital platform unifying airport services for a seamless, end-to-end travel experience, initially at İzmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum, and Ankara Esenboğa airports.

Summary:

  • TAV Operation Services launches Treva, a digital platform unifying end-to-end airport and travel services for a seamless passenger experience.
  • Passengers can pre-order lounge access, dining, duty free shopping, parking and car rentals, enhancing convenience and efficiency.
  • Platform expansion plans aim to integrate travel and lifestyle services across multiple airports and sectors globally.

TAV Operation Services has launched Treva, a digital platform designed to reimagine the end-to-end travel experience, bringing together every stage of the journey in a single, seamless structure – starting even before arriving at the airport. More than just an app providing access to services, Treva is positioned as a next-generation platform that orchestrates the entire travel experience. From lounge access, fast-track, restaurants, duty free shopping, private transfers, car rental, and parking to flight information, terminal navigation, WiFi access, and all essential travel updates – everything is available in one place.

Passengers can complete their shopping and orders before arriving at the airport, making better use of their time onsite and enjoying a smoother, more comfortable journey.

Initially launched at İzmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum, and Ankara Esenboğa airports, Treva is set to expand shortly to include Almaty and Tbilisi. The platform also offers access to lounges at over 300 airports globally and car rental services across 160 countries.

“Today, airports are highly advanced in their physical infrastructure,” said Aylin Alpay, Chief Marketing and Digital Solutions Officer, TAV Operation Services. “However, the passenger’s digital experience still remains fragmented. We developed Treva not just to eliminate this fragmentation, but to redesign the entire experience. Treva is not just a marketplace; it is a platform that manages the airport experience end-to-end, responds to passenger needs at the right moment, and transforms the entire journey into a seamless flow. In this sense, we see Treva as one of the first true ‘super apps’ developed for the airport experience. Going forward, we aim to expand Treva beyond travel by establishing partnerships across different sectors and transforming it into a lifestyle-integrated platform.”

While bringing together service providers within the airport ecosystem on a single platform, Treva also aims to further enrich the experience through cross-sector collaborations. Integrations with mobility, retail, financial services, and digital solutions will transform the journey from a simple transportation process into a holistic experience.
