We are delighted to announce that Access IS has confirmed its participation in the exhibitions at FTE Asia in Hong Kong and FTE 2013 in Las Vegas.
Having been recognised for their efforts to improve the passenger experience at FTE 2012, we have a photo round-up showing how some of the winners have been celebrating.
Seven organisations were recognised for their outstanding efforts to improve the passenger experience at the 2nd Future Travel Experience Awards, which were presented at the Future Travel Experience 2012 Gala Evening in Vancouver.
Content plans: Discussion on recovering bags with passengers – how do we collectively improve? The September virtual meeting will include a focus on the RUSH process for quick recovery of mishandled bags, highlighting automation, expediency and passenger visibility.
