REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
LOT Polish Airlines has announced that 15 aircraft across its widebody Boeing 787-8 and 787-9 Dreamliner fleets will be equipped with Viasat’s Ka-band, global inflight connectivity solution as part of cabin upgrades.
Qatar Airways has announced the introduction of Starlink’s high-speed, low-latency Wi-Fi on three of its Boeing 777-300 aircraft by the last quarter of this year, as part of the initial phase of its rollout strategy.
Turkish Airlines has installed Anuvu’s Airconnect inflight connectivity system on over 100 Airbus A321 and Boeing B737NG narrow-body aircraft to “ensure passengers enjoy an enhanced inflight experience”.
All Nippon Airways will offer complimentary WiFi for its Business Class passengers on international flights, beginning this summer. The expanded service is part of efforts to “continuously elevate CX”.
airBaltic has conducted an initial test of SpaceX’s Starlink internet connectivity system onboard its A220-300 aircraft, as it aims to provide every passenger with seamless, high-speed internet access.
American Airlines is continuing to make its high-speed inflight connectivity more accessible and easier to use, including a new WiFi portal design designed to further enhance the customer experience.

Lufthansa Group is equipping short and medium-haul aircraft across three of its airlines – Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines and SWISS – with broadband internet this year, meaning in total more than 150 aircraft.
Air New Zealand is working with Starlink to introduce free internet onboard domestic aircraft. Starlink will be installed on a domestic jet in late 2024 to deliver high-speed connectivity and enhanced CX.
