Delta refreshes onboard dining with chef-curated menus, more opportunities to pre-select, plus return of Tip Top Margaritas

Delta has refreshed its onboard food and beverage menu with options from chefs Peter Cho and Mashama Bailey, more opportunities to pre-select meals before travel, plus the return of Tip Top Margaritas.

Delta Air Lines has refreshed its onboard food and beverage menu with international options from acclaimed chef Peter Cho, new comforting classics from Delta partner and star chef Mashama Bailey, plus the return of Tip Top Margaritas.

“We want our onboard food and beverage service to be as exciting as the destinations to which we fly,” said Kristen Manion Taylor, SVP of In-Flight Service, Delta. “In addition to ensuring our products are delicious and served with care, we want to continually surprise and delight our frequent flyers with new food and beverage offerings for every palette.”

Chefs Cho and Bailey – along with LA-based Chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo, Danny Meyer’s Union Square Events, and other celebrated chefs and food-service specialists — also bring their talents to Delta’s Culinary Council, a dedicated group of culinary experts who help guide Delta’s onboard food and beverage strategy.

Delta’s onboard menu, regularly refreshed and seasonally inspired, is designed to satisfy customers of every dietary preference.

Meanwhile, Delta Premium Select customers will be able to personalise their experience onboard with the option to pre-select meals before their travel – one of several enhancements to the service that begins rolling out in March.
