Ariadne (Gold Sponsor and Exhibitor)

Ariadne – a Gold Sponsor of FTE Global 2025 – is a data integration and intelligence platform designed specifically for the air transport ecosystem. “Airports already generate vast amounts of operational data, from flight schedules, delays, and parking, to passenger flow, energy consumption, and retail transactions,” says Dr. Georgios Pipelidis, CEO, Ariadne. “However, these datasets typically exist in isolated silos that cannot ‘speak’ to one another, limiting the ability to extract actionable insights. Our solution bridges these silos by introducing the passenger trajectory as a unifying primary key.”

Ariadne’s ambition is to become the trusted technology platform that airports worldwide use to manage and optimise terminal operations. Its mission is to help operations managers at every airport cut through the noise, understand what artificial intelligence (AI) can truly deliver, and differentiate between what is expensive, what is affordable, and, most importantly, what is actionable today.

“At FTE Global 2025, we want attendees to not just hear about Ariadne’s capabilities, but experience them first-hand,” Pipelidis shares. “Ariadne is defined by rapid installation, precise data collection, and a scalable infrastructure that can adapt to airports of any size. To bring this to life, visitors to our booth (E34) will be able to engage with a live demonstration that spans the entire event venue. The experience will be immersive and interactive. Attendees can opt in to use our system themselves, whether to navigate to a specific point in the expo or to observe real-time analytics showing the success and engagement levels of different areas of the event. This hands-on approach allows visitors to see our technology’s curb-to-gate tracking accuracy in action.”

Beyond tracking, Ariadne will showcase its power to integrate siloed datasets. “Our demo will illustrate how passenger movement data can be combined with other sources, for example, sales transactions from airport concessionaires or flight schedules and operational data from the Airport Operational Database (AODB),” Pipelidis explains. “This integration creates a unified, real-time operational picture, enabling airports to improve passenger experience, optimise resource allocation, and boost non-aeronautical revenue. In short, attendees can expect to leave our booth with a clear vision of how Ariadne’s technology can transform terminal operations, from data silos to seamless, AI-ready intelligence.”

TWAI (Gold Sponsor and Exhibitor)

TWAI – a Gold Sponsor of FTE Global 2025 – is revolutionising travel technology by reshaping how travel content is distributed. With seamless integration into modern Passenger Service Systems (PSS), TWAI empowers airlines to deliver their offerings with exceptional efficiency and cost savings. Its innovative solutions include NDC-based technology for streamlined distribution, Dynamic Packaging to increase cart value, and advanced Payment Orchestration for higher conversion rates.

“FTE is one of the few places where airlines, innovators, and disruptors come together with a shared goal: to move our industry forward,” says Jim Hetzel, Vice President, Product Innovation and Strategy, TWAI. “At TWAI, we’re in the business of solving real challenges for real people. We’ve felt the pain of legacy systems and fragmented retailing first-hand, and we’re building smarter, faster, more flexible solutions that help airlines truly own their commercial future. Being a Gold Sponsor is our way of saying: we’re invested. Not just in showing off what we’ve built, but having meaningful conversations with partners, with prospects, and with anyone who’s trying to make modern airline retailing actually work. Our goal is to listen, learn, and collaborate; because that’s how lasting progress happens.”

In addition to being a Gold Sponsor, TWAI is exhibiting at FTE Global and attendees can expect a hands-on look at how TWAI is reshaping airline retailing – from frictionless B2C and B2B bookings, to intelligent payments that drive higher conversion. “We’re especially excited to showcase our GQ Retail, GQ B2B, GQ API and GQ Pay platforms, which are modular, scalable, and fast to deploy,” Hetzel shares.

TWAI helps airlines unlock new revenue streams while cutting the cost of legacy distribution. Its NDC-native solutions connect directly to travellers and agencies, enabling dynamic bundling, real-time pricing, and seamless upsell opportunities.

“What I appreciate most about FTE is that it’s not just another conference – it’s a forum where people are willing to have real conversations about where the industry is headed and how we get there together,” Hetzel adds. “At FTE Global 2025, I’m especially looking forward to rolling up our sleeves with airline leaders and talking about what’s working, what’s stuck, and how we break through, and we’re excited to be part of it.”

Veovo (Gold Sponsor)

At its core, Veovo – a Gold Sponsor of FTE Global 2025 – helps airports solve the same tension they all face: balancing demand and capacity across passengers, aircraft and bags and doing so in a way that protects service, cost efficiency, and resilience. “We do this through a set of best-of-breed operational systems: an AODB to keep all aviation partners aligned on live flight operations; resource management that adapts to real-world constraints; people flow measurement to predict and fix pressure points before they become problems; and billing tools that support any type of rate structure to underpin new operating models, and link actual activity to accurate charges,” explains James Williamson, CEO, Veovo. “Each is powerful on its own. But the real value comes when they work together – because every decision affects the next. “A gate reassignment affects transfer times, queue build-up, and pushback delays. A road closure shifts show-up patterns, which hits check-in and security. Our platform brings live data, prediction, and decision support into one place, so teams can understand what’s happening, what’s likely to happen next, and the best response. We also believe in flexibility. As more airports shift to common use, they don’t need to buy a bundled RMS, CUPPS, and CUTE from one vendor for example. Our systems integrate with what’s already in place, or with the best-fit hardware and partners to meet needs. We’re supporting over 140 airports on this journey, helping them build toward Total Airport Management and intelligent connected operations.”

At FTE Global this year, Veovo is especially looking forward to hearing how other airports are using predictive models and real-time data to rethink planning, not just long-term, but day-of-operations decisions. “And we’re excited to share examples from our customers: like Schiphol’s use of granular curb to gate passenger movement data or Edinburgh Airport’s adoption of a new generation airport operations system,” says Williamson. “You’ll find us in the sessions, on the show floor, or at one of FTE’s fantastic social events, which is where the most useful conversations often happen.”

If you’re grappling with stand planning bottlenecks, unpredictable queues, or systems that don’t talk to each other, Veovo is here to help you take the next step, whether that’s improving a single process or building toward a more coordinated, adaptive operation.

Hear more from Veovo at FTE Global – the “CES of Aviation” taking place in Long Beach, California, on 9 to 11 September 2025. James Williamson, CEO, Veovo, is participating in a key conference session: ‘The Technology Leaders Conversation – What are the technologies, and underlying infrastructure and approaches needed, to drive real transformation in air transport?’
