REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Hong Kong International Airport has welcomed the opening of a second space by premium lounge brand Kyra. Situated in Terminal 1’s West Hall, the lounge offers a variety of dining, relaxation and work-friendly areas.
Korean Air has unveiled its newly renovated Prestige East (Left) Lounge at Incheon International Airport Terminal 2. The lounge features a spacious design inspired by luxury hotel lounges and new experiential zones.
Indonesia’s Soekarno Hatta International Airport has welcomed the opening of the new Blue Sky Premier Lounge at Terminal 1C in collaboration with Blue Sky Group and Airport Dimensions.
TAV Operation Services has unveiled the reimagining of its lifestyle-led Primeclass concept, with the aim of redefining airport hospitality. The first lounges designed under this new concept will open in Ankara and Sofia.
The renovated Lufthansa Lounge has opened at Stuttgart Airport, featuring a barista coffee bar, various multi-comfort zones, areas for eating, working and relaxing, as well as retreats for more privacy.
JetBlue has opened BlueHouse, the airline’s first airport lounge, at JFK Airport’s Terminal 5. It is the latest development in JetBlue’s JetForward strategy to deliver more premium, customer-first experiences.
