REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Changi Airport Group has held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Terminal 5 – a mega terminal that will see extensive automation powered by innovative tech for a personalised customer experience.
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) has started a new key project as part of its Journey With AUS Expansion Program. The Atrium Infill Project will increase space for passenger processing functions.
Manchester Airport has announced a major investment in Terminal 3, which will free-up space and improve CX. The project will remodel the entrance to the terminal, the security hall and the departure lounge.
Malta International Airport has appointed The Design Solution to support the first phase of the latest major development program at the airport, as it aims “to further improve the guest experience”.
Brussels Airport has announced significant infrastructure investments. The project features the construction of a new intermodal hub, expansion of the departure and arrival hall, a new hotel, and more.
Finavia has announced plans to invest in the extension of Rovaniemi Airport’s terminal this year. The aim of the investment is to ensure “a smooth passenger experience” and prepare for future growth.
