REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Fraport and TAV Airports have completed the first construction phase of the Antalya Airport expansion to “significantly elevate the passenger experience”. The expansion includes a new range of food offerings.
Sydney Airport is to begin construction on a $200 million upgrade to its T2 domestic terminal. The upgrades are designed to improve CX, with new technology to speed up check-in and security processing.

Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport has launched the next phase of its $305 million Concourse G expansion. The project, which is scheduled to be completed in 2028, will “greatly enhance CX”.
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, JetBlue and Fraport USA have announced a major refresh of JFK Airport’s Terminal 5. The aim is to create a unique New York sense of place and an elevated CX.
