REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Lufthansa and SITA have joined forces to explore ways to reduce mishandled baggage costs and improve the passenger experience by digitally automating baggage reflight operations.
Royal Schiphol Group hosted members of both the FTE Digital, Innovation & Startup Hub and the FTE Baggage Innovation Working Group on 13 March 2023 for co-located in-person events.
