Singapore Airlines partners with AirPortr to launch baggage collection service for customers travelling from Heathrow T2


Singapore Airlines – a Headline Partner of FTE APEX Asia Expo (Singapore, 8-9 November 2023) – has partnered with baggage collection service AirPortr for customers travelling from Heathrow Terminal 2.

Singapore Airlines – a Headline Partner of FTE APEX Asia Expo, taking place in Singapore on 8-9 November 2023 – has announced a partnership with AirPortr, meaning it now offers a seamless baggage collection service to all passengers departing on its flights from London Heathrow Terminal 2 and who live within the M25 perimeter. This limit will be extended to encompass locations further afield after the summer period, allowing for even more Singapore Airlines passengers to take advantage of the service.

Singapore Airlines’ customers can book a collection slot up to 12 months in advance, with the option to do so until 24 hours before departure, via the AirPortr website. Luggage will be picked up from the customer’s address during the booked time slot after they have checked in online. Upon pickup, the AirPortr vetted drivers check all boarding passes and passports and proceed by sealing and photographing the luggage to ensure its safety. Once baggage is transported to the airport, it is checked in and the customer is notified via text with digital IATA luggage receipts.

Prices currently start from £28 for one bag pickup from central London or £33 for two.
