Denver International Airport (DEN) – a Corporate Partner of the FTE Digital, Innovation & Startup Hub – has announced the opening of Fat Sully’s Pizza, QDOBA, Chick-fil-A and Shake Shack as part of the new food court in the centre of Concourse A.

“As we prepare to serve 100 million annual passengers in the next few years, the revitalisation of our airport is key to enhancing the customer experience,” said DEN CEO Phil Washington. “This new food court does just that by transforming the look and feel of the centre of Concourse A. I have no doubt that passengers will love this new food court which features favourite brands like Fat Sully’s Pizza, QDOBA, Chick-fil-A and Shake Shack.”

The new concessions are operated by Skyport Hospitality and Airport Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (ACDBE) partner Concessions of a Gladman.

“We are proud to partner with these four incredible brands as we continue to provide exceptional service to the DEN traveller,” said Skyport Hospitality CEO and Founder David Mosteller. “This development adds over 250 jobs to the local economy, strengthening our commitment to Denver and allowing new opportunities for career advancement for our team.”

Fat Sully’s started in 2008 as a simple slice shop on East Colfax, built around one oven and a straightforward idea: serve great pizza to late-night crowds. What began as a small operation quickly grew into something much bigger – a go-to delivery staple, a neighbourhood favourite, and a true Denver icon. Today, Fat Sully’s has expanded to nine locations across the Denver metro area, Golden, Centennial, Colorado Springs, and Overland Park, Kansas – still focused on doing the same thing they set out to do from day one: simple, high-quality pizza done right.

Chick-fil-A, Inc. is the third largest quick-service restaurant company in the United States and known for its freshly prepared food, signature hospitality, and unique ownership model. Chick-fil-A local owner-operators live and work in the communities they serve, supporting local efforts and making a positive impact.

QDOBA is a fast-casual Mexican restaurant committed to bringing flavour to people’s lives. QDOBA prepares fresh ingredients by hand in-house throughout the day, and flame grills its chicken and steak. Customers can customise their own burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, nachos and salads to suit their personal tastes and cravings.

Rounding out the marketplace is Shake Shack – serving elevated versions of American classics using only the best ingredients. Shake Shack is known for its made-to-order 100% Angus beef burgers, crispy chicken, hand-spun milkshakes, house-made lemonades, and more.
