Denver International Airport (DEN) – a Corporate Partner of the FTE Digital, Innovation & Startup Hub – has launched a new blog on flydenver.com that will offer passengers tips for a better travel experience and help them feel more confident navigating the airport. The blog serves as a centralised, searchable hub featuring practical travel tips, airport guides, behind-the-scenes stories and timely updates designed to improve the passenger experience.
“At DEN, we are committed to improving the customer experience whenever and however we can,” said Interim DEN CEO Dave LaPorte. “The new DEN blog will help our customers travel smarter and with less stress by providing practical travel tips and timely information about airport services, amenities and projects.”
Examples of blog topics include guides on parking, travelling with children, navigating security, using transit connections, a closer look at the art in the airport, understanding airport amenities, behind-the-scenes looks at infrastructure projects, and more.
“While our website already provides users with extensive operational information, the blog will allow us to dive deeper into the ‘why’ and ‘how’ behind that information through guides, tips and stories,” LaPorte added. “Whether they’re deciding where to park or simply looking for ways to discover new concessions and amenities, the DEN blog will allow travellers to feel better informed and prepared. It also gives us an opportunity to share the stories, people and innovations that make DEN unique.”
