American Airlines is enhancing CX for Admirals Club customers at Charlotte Douglas International Airport with the debut of a new, innovative lounge solution – the Provisions by Admirals Club lounge.
Air New Zealand has revealed plans for its new flagship Koru Lounge at Auckland International Airport. The lounge will deliver an experience designed to enhance customers’ journeys with a fresh new look and feel.
Plaza Premium Group has opened the second Plaza Premium First in the West Hall of Hong Kong International Airport. This elevated lounge concept aims to “provide the utmost comfort and convenience”.

JFKIAT – operator of T4 at JFK Airport – has introduced a Capital One Lounge in partnership with Capital One and TAV Operation Services. The newest addition to T4’s portfolio is Capital One’s largest airport lounge to date.
