REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Jomo Kenyatta Airport in Nairobi has opened a new Plaza Premium Lounge in Terminal 1D, reflecting its “dedication to providing passengers with top-notch amenities and comfort during their journey”.
New York’s LaGuardia Airport has welcomed the opening of a new Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club in the state-of-the-art new Terminal B, with the support of strategic partner Airport Dimensions.

British Airways has completed the final phase of its lounge refresh at London Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 5 B gates, with a range of improvements for customers to experience ahead of their flight.
