Cathay Pacific has announced that complimentary WiFi will be offered to Cathay Gold members travelling in all cabins from 15 November 2025, further elevating their inflight experience with a seamless, connected journey.
With this upcoming rollout, complimentary WiFi will be available to all passengers travelling in First and Business Class, as well as Diamond and Gold members travelling in all cabins. Cathay Pacific also plans to roll out complimentary WiFi to all Cathay members travelling in Premium Economy by the end of this year.
âAt Cathay Pacific, we recognise how important it is for our passengers to stay connected in the air, whether they are travelling for business or leisure,â said Erica Peng, Director Customer Travel, Cathay Pacific. âWith the extension of our complimentary WiFi service, we are continuing to further refine the travel experience for our valued passengers.â
With the expanded access to complimentary WiFi, more passengers can easily enjoy seamless connectivity in the air â from checking emails and browsing the internet, to streaming audio, using social media and messaging apps, and accessing cloud storage services and other professional applications.
Passengers can connect with one device at a time and can switch between devices at any time during their flight. In addition, complimentary access to all pages on the airline website and the Cathay Shop is available in all cabins.
