Brisbane Airport is reimagining the international travel experience with the launch of 13 new and refurbished food & beverage outlets, opening soon in the International Terminal.

While travellers have had limited options during works to transform the terminal, their patience is about to be rewarded with an exciting array of new dining choices – from local coffee favourites to global icons.

For departing passengers, among the new concepts is Brisbane coffee hero, Bellissimo, a brand known for showcasing the best of local beans and produce. Windmill & Co, a long-time favourite among international travellers, returns with a fresh new look and elevated menu.

For the first time ever, McDonald’s, Hungry Jacks and KFC will be serving passengers at the International Terminal. Other new outlets include Manna, a Mediterranean-inspired lobby bar concept, Liv Eat and Sushi Jiro kiosks, offering healthy grab and go options, Noodles XO serving up Asian cuisine with a twist, a new bar concept and a Merlo Café, brewing specialty coffee and plating up local flavours.

The International Terminal will also welcome The Dining Precinct, a vibrant food & beverage destination spanning almost 1,000sqm. This will be Brisbane Airport’s largest restaurant precinct, showcasing a diverse mix of well-known and much-loved brands. Travellers can look forward to an artisan bakery, gourmet deli, specialty coffee shop, an all-day bar & restaurant and a full-service cocktail and raw bar, alongside a curated selection of Mexican, Asian, and Greek-inspired eateries.

Also joining the line-up is Brisbane favourite Kuhl-Cher Cafe, opening two locations in the Arrivals Hall. Kuhl-Cher Cafe will bring its signature brews and relaxed vibe to arriving passengers and airport visitors.

“We’re incredibly excited to unveil brand new food & beverage options for our international passengers,” said Scott Norris, Executive General Manager Commercial, Brisbane Airport. “Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a meal before your next holiday, there’s something for everyone. This upgrade is about celebrating the best of Brisbane and giving our customers more of what they love, great food, great coffee, and a great start to their journey.”

The first new outlet, McDonald’s, is scheduled to open in late December 2025, with additional openings to follow throughout 2026. All 13 outlets will be fully delivered by 2027.
