REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Alaska Airlines has reopened its renovated lounge in Concourse D at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The renovation is part of a $30 million improvement programme across the airline’s lounge network.
Qantas has reopened its Hong Kong International Lounge as part of its increased investment in customer experience across the network. The aim is “to ensure customers enjoy a high level of hospitality”.
Boston Logan Airport has welcomed the opening of a new lounge by Airport Dimensions, which has partnered with JPMorgan Chase & Co. on the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club, “setting a new trend in airport lounge hospitality”.
Delta Sky Club has opened a new nature-inspired lounge on the upper level of the recently-expanded G Concourse at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport, “delivering a full suite of amenities and signature hospitality”.
Qatar Airways has opened the new Al Mourjan Business Lounge at Hamad Airport. Accessible for passengers travelling in the Premium cabin, the lounge offers a range of facilities to “provide passengers with an immersive experience”.
Airport Dimensions has opened a new airside AMBAAR Club lounge at Porto Alegre International Airport in Brazil as part of its ongoing collaboration with AMBAAR Lounge, providing a “sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere” for travellers.
