REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Air Canada has announced a comprehensive upgrade of its menus for all travellers, with 100+ new rotating seasonal recipes, as part of its focus on “investing in every aspect of the customers’ journey”.
Cathay Pacific has revealed its updated 777-300ER fleet, featuring a thoughtful redesign of the cabin experience. The updated Business cabin will feature the new Aria Suite with unparalleled privacy.
Condor has chosen Recaro Aircraft Seating for the Economy cabins of its new Airbus fleet, “providing comfort and functionality”. The order includes 28 A321s and 13 A320s to be delivered from 2024 to 2028.
Saudia has signed a contract with Collins Aerospace as part of its commitment to elevating CX and advancing operational capabilities, including newly designed seats in the airline’s upcoming 787 fleet.
Qantas has revealed what customers can expect from its A220s when the new aircraft start flying in March 2024, as well as the acceleration of WiFi rollout and a major investment in digital experience.
Air India has selected RECARO as the premium economy and economy seating partner for its widebody aircraft. The partnership will see 22,000 RECARO seats installed in both line-fit and retro-fit programmes.

Southwest has selected RECARO’s BL3710 economy class seat for its new 737 MAX 8 aircraft, with a focus on “sustainability and meeting customer needs”. The airline will begin taking deliveries in 2025.

Sichuan Airlines is to install Recaro Aircraft Seating’s CL4710 in the business class cabin onboard 10 brand-new A319neo aircraft. A total of 80 seats will be installed. First deliveries will be in May 2024.
