Narita International Airport Corporation has selected Collins Aerospace to deploy systems to improve CX through streamlined processing and self-service kiosks for “a reliable, innovative experience”.
Hamilton International Airport in Ontario is introducing SITA’s passenger solutions for faster check-in and boarding. This is part of the airport’s commitment to providing passengers with a seamless CX.
The Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP) has released its latest project on ‘Developing a Holistic Airport Common Use Program’. This free resource is ready to help expand the scope of common use.
Regina International Airport and Region of Waterloo International Airport in Canada are enhancing their digitalisation with the installation of new common-use check-in and self-bag drop systems from SITA.
Almaty Airport has announced it is now using the Amadeus Airport Common Use Service, and will soon incorporate the Airport Baggage Reconciliation Solution.
