Travellers no longer need to wait for the trolley to make its way down the aisle. By simply connecting their mobile devices to the designated onboard network, passengers can effortlessly order food and drinks, secure their preferred retail items, track flight progress in real time, or even upgrade their seats. Once an order is placed, the airline’s cabin crew will confirm the details, process the payment, and deliver the selection directly to the passenger’s seat. It is a smarter, more seamless way to fly, right from your device.

To match the effortless ordering experience, HK Express has curated a new inflight menu. This summer, travellers can look forward to a series of exciting culinary surprises. Bringing a beloved local classic to the skies, the legendary ‘Satay King’ White Curry Lemongrass Pork Chop Rice – a childhood favourite for generations in Hong Kong – is now on the menu. Additionally, the airline has partnered with the much-loved local brand, A-1 Bakery, to introduce a comforting, classic Carbonara Pasta. Created by celebrity pastry chef Jimmy Lau, a decadent Pandan Basque Cheesecake is also on offer to satisfy sweet cravings.
