REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
A series of presentations from Qatar Airways, Swoop, Skylight Aviation, Just Eat and Transavia on new trends in the inflight service, catering & retail space.
Developed in collaboration with FORMIA, JetBlue’s new amenity kits feature a resealable interlock zipper, which makes them reusable post-flight.
Lufthansa’s Economy Class passengers can now book a Sleeper’s Row on select long-haul flights and will receive an entire row of seats for themselves.
The service will allow British Airways’ customers travelling in economy class within Europe to order additional snacks and drinks directly to their seat.
