Frontier Airlines launches AI-powered ‘Cancel for Any Reason’

Frontier Airlines has launched an AI-powered ‘Cancel for Any Reason’ option with HTS, giving passengers greater flexibility and control over their bookings through its website and mobile app.

Frontier Airlines has launched a new ‘Cancel for Any Reason’ product powered by HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions), giving customers greater flexibility when booking travel through its digital channels.

Available via FlyFrontier.com and the Frontier mobile app, the new service allows customers to cancel their booking up to 24 hours before departure and receive a refund of up to 100%, depending on the refund option selected.

Powered by HTS’ AI technology, the product allows travellers to choose the level of refundability that best matches their needs during the booking process. Customers can also complete cancellations digitally, with refunds returned to the original form of payment.

The launch builds on Frontier’s expanding partnership with HTS and follows the introduction of Disruption Assistance for Any Reason. The latter provides travellers with real-time options when unexpected disruptions occur and has achieved a reported 9/10 customer satisfaction rating.
