What are your objectives at the event?
At 22North, our objective for FTE Global this year is to demonstrate how AI-powered communication can redefine the passenger journey by combining precision, scale, and empathy. Aviation is an industry where every second and every message matters, and our mission is to help airlines and airports deliver the right communication at the right time — across voice, WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, email, and more — with absolute reliability.
We aim to showcase how 22North enables smarter disruption management, stronger compliance, and richer passenger engagement by connecting deeply with airline and airport operational systems. Our platform is designed to integrate seamlessly into core reservation, departure, and operational workflows, ensuring that every communication — whether a boarding pass, a gate change, or a baggage update — is timely, contextual, and secure.
Our focus at FTE Global is two-fold: first, to engage with global airlines and airports exploring digital transformation, and second, to build new alliances within the travel-tech ecosystem that can amplify our impact.
