Criteria
We encourage you to apply if you meet the following criteria:
- You currently work for an airline or an airport.
- You are available to travel to Los Angeles 9-11 September 2025 (and able to engage in pre-scheduled meetings during that period).
- You are in senior management or above.
- You have decision making authority.

The FTE Global team will match your preferences with exhibitor preferences to generate your personalized diary.
Step 3. Personalized Schedule
After matching is complete, we will populate your personal diary within the event app and outline all your pre-scheduled meetings in an email, so that you have everything you need.
Step 4. Onsite Service
Please visit our Corporate Buyer HQ, located on the FTE Global exhibition floor. Here, our meeting team will greet you and provide introductions and support for each of your meetings as needed.
Please note: We know that plans can change, meaning that participation in your scheduled meetings on the day, may not be possible. However, we appreciate your understanding that a registration fee will apply should you not attend your appointments. An invoice will be sent post-event, for immediate payment.
Terms & Conditions
FTE reserves the right to approve who may or may not be applicable for the Corporate Buyer’s Programme on the standing of professional status within the applicant’s organisation.
FTE reserves the right to analyse the meeting schedule via the Event App & Attendee Engagement Platform, Swapcard.
FTE reserves the right to apply the relevant charge should the criteria not be met:
$500 in the case of three meetings being upheld;
$795 in the case of no meetings being upheld
