SWISS has introduced a new onboard experience for customers travelling in Economy and Premium Economy on long-haul flights. The revamped CX includes product innovations and new service features.

Delta Air Lines, which is celebrating its centennial year, has partnered with Maison Taittinger. The partnership with the luxury Champagne brand is part of efforts to provide “a best-in-class onboard experience”.

Lufthansa is improving the travel experience with new meals on short and medium-haul flights in Business Class. The new catering concept offers travellers more choice and a convenient ‘Pre-Select’ capability.

FORMIA has unveiled the latest collection of amenity kits for EVA Air’s long-haul Premium Economy passengers in collaboration with Hunter – an iconic British brand – providing an elevated travel experience.

Emirates’ Business Class customers can look forward to an elevated inflight experience, as an array of 18 new dishes will be launched onboard this summer. Each has been designed by renowned chefs.

Air France has introduced new comfort kits onboard its long-haul flights in the La Première, Business, and Premium cabins. The comfort kits are “carefully designed to meet the needs of each passenger”.

Turkish Airlines – a Corporate Partner of the FTE Digital, Innovation & Startup Hub – and Kaelis have introduced “a fun and engaging kids’ kit designed to make young travellers’ journeys even more enjoyable”.

British Airways – a member of International Airlines Group (a Corporate Partner of the FTE Digital, Innovation & Startup Hub) – is planning a “British Original Christmas”, including a bespoke seasonal menu.

Turkish Airlines – a Corporate Partner of the FTE Digital, Innovation & Startup Hub – has introduced a new amenity kit collection for Business Class travellers, which is designed in collaboration with Lanvin.

Delta has launched a partnership with Shake Shack on flights from Boston, with plans for expansion to other U.S. markets throughout 2025, as it “elevates the inflight dining and hospitality experience”.

Etihad Airways has launched limited-edition amenity kits, which are complimentary for guests on selected flights. The seasonal gift is part of efforts to provide guests with a “special touch and warm welcome”.

Delta is refreshing its one-of-a-kind seasonal wine program and adding new snacks and meals designed in partnership with award-winning chefs, as it aims to “turn routine travel into an unforgettable journey”.

airBaltic has introduced a new Business Class menu, available throughout the winter season until the end of March 2025, as part of efforts to “continuously enhance customers’ inflight experience”.

airBaltic has launched a new meal pre-order concept created to improve the inflight dining experience in Economy Class. The new concept features a more diverse range and increased personalisation.
