Looking ahead, St. Germain is eager to participate at APEX FTE EXPO. “We’re always most excited to see our fellow IFEC community members in the flesh! Our community is truly an interconnected one, and these opportunities to have meaningful discussions are special ones.”

Axinom (Gold Sponsor and Exhibitor)

Axinom – a Gold Sponsor of APEX FTE EXPO – provides software products that connect cloud and cabin, enabling use cases from inflight entertainment and onboard commerce to IoT, fleet management, and crew applications. Leading airlines, connectivity providers, and airframers, including United Airlines, ZIPAIR, and Boeing, rely on Axinom’s software to shape their cabin services.

“We are a pure software provider,” says Ralph Wagner, CEO, Axinom. “We do not build screens, servers, or connectivity, so airlines are free to choose their hardware and connectivity partners, and our software runs on what they choose. Axinom On-Board Cloud extends the airline’s cloud infrastructure onto the aircraft, so every seatback screen and passenger device becomes an edge node of that infrastructure. The services an airline already runs on the ground, from loyalty and payments to retail and entertainment, reach the seat, and passenger interactions, crew actions, and sensor readings flow back as insights across the fleet.”

Wagner explains that Axinom has built a series of industry firsts: “The first Hollywood studio-approved DRM for personal devices (2011), the first wireless inflight entertainment deployment (2012), the first wireless seatback system (2019), the first containerised edge node for onboard software (2021), and the first cloud-only in-flight entertainment rollout (2025).”

In September, Axinom and Rosen Aviation announced the Connected Seatback Platform, a lightweight, cloud-powered, wireless seatback the airline owns and controls, which will debut at APEX FTE EXPO. “Our main objective is to hear from airlines early,” Wagner explains. “What do they expect from the seatback once their fleet is connected from gate to gate over LEO? Which services do they want to bring to the seat beyond entertainment? And where do they see the biggest opportunities for engaging their passengers onboard? Those conversations shape how we take the platform forward. The timing is right. As LEO connectivity reaches more fleets, airlines are rethinking what runs onboard and what runs in the cloud. We want to share what we have learned from connecting cloud and cabin for airlines, connectivity providers, and airframers, and learn from the people making these decisions right now.”

At APEX FTE EXPO, Axinom and Rosen Aviation will give a sneak preview of the Connected Seatback Platform, which inverts the IFE architecture the industry has used for decades. Instead of wired screens acting as terminals of one vendor’s closed system, the seatback screen connects to the cloud directly. Rosen Aviation’s displays are WiFi-enabled and run any application the airline chooses on their own processing power, so the platform needs no IFE head-end server and no data wiring to the seat. Content, applications and configuration reach every screen over the air and can be changed at any time, without anyone boarding the aircraft.

“What excites us most is what the screen becomes,” Wagner shares. “For decades, the seatback has been seen purely as an entertainment system. Of all the screens on a passenger’s trip, we see it as one of the few fully in the airline’s hands. Entertainment is still a major part of it, alongside third-party apps, shopping, upgrades, and destination services. And because the passenger signs in from their own device, the airline knows who is sitting in the seat, with their loyalty status and preferences, and can tailor what it offers. Beyond the seatback, we want to talk about the connected cabin as a whole, including how lighting, seats, sensors, and crew devices can share data with the screens over the open ARINC 853 / CSMIM standard for cabin messaging.”

Visit Axinom at Booth 304 where the team, including CCO Stefanie Schuster and CEO Ralph Wagner, will be joined by Rosen Aviation. “LEO connectivity is about much more than keeping passengers online,” Wagner adds. “If that is all an airline does with it, the benefit ends at passenger comfort. The real value starts when the cabin becomes part of the airline’s cloud. The seatback turns into a device the airline can build on, and the passenger at the seat becomes someone the airline knows. Come and see what that looks like, and tell us what you would do with it.”

DIRECTV IN FLIGHT (Gold Sponsor and Exhibitor)

DIRECTV IN FLIGHT – a Gold Sponsor of APEX FTE EXPO – helps airlines enhance the onboard experience through premium live sports, news, and entertainment programming. Whether it’s keeping travellers connected to a major sporting event or providing access to breaking news, the company’s goal is to help airlines deliver engaging entertainment experiences in the air.

“Because inflight entertainment depends on a network of technologies and partners working together, we collaborate closely with airlines, system integrators and connectivity providers to help support integration across a range of onboard environments,” explains Kim Twiggs, Vice President, DIRECTV IN FLIGHT. “This flexibility helps airlines incorporate premium live content into their existing entertainment strategy and onboard technology ecosystem.”

At APEX FTE EXPO, DIRECTV IN FLIGHT will be showcasing how it is helping airlines enhance the passenger entertainment experience through live television, flexible content delivery and an expanding portfolio of programming options for international routes. “We’re especially excited to discuss our IPTV capabilities and our International FlightPak offering, which provides airlines serving U.S.-connected routes access to a broad line-up of news, sports, entertainment and lifestyle programming designed for today’s global travellers,” says Twiggs. “APEX FTE EXPO brings together some of the most innovative minds in aviation, making it a valuable opportunity for the DIRECTV IN FLIGHT team to strengthen relationships, share insights and showcase what’s possible with premium live content onboard. We’re looking forward to highlighting how live television can help airlines create more engaging and memorable passenger experiences, while discussing the trends and ideas shaping the future of inflight entertainment.”

As passenger expectations continue to rise, it’s an exciting time to be thinking about the future of inflight entertainment. “Most airlines are navigating a unique set of opportunities and challenges, and I always find the most valuable conversations are the ones where we can share perspectives and learn from each other,” Twiggs adds. “We’d love to talk about what’s driving content decisions today, how airlines are approaching engagement and personalisation, and where live television can help create more compelling experiences for passengers.”

MSM.digital (Gold Sponsor and Exhibitor)

MSM.digital – a Gold Sponsor of APEX FTE EXPO – develops and integrates immersive technology solutions for the aviation industry, with a strong focus on inflight entertainment and the passenger experience. “Our role goes beyond creating XR experiences,” explains Moritz Engler, Commercial Director AR/VR & Inflight Lead, MSM.digital. “We work closely with airlines and technology partners to make immersive solutions practical for real-world aviation environments, addressing everything from content and passenger usability to safety, cabin operations, device management and commercial models. Over the past years, we have been able to demonstrate with airline partners that passengers respond very positively to immersive experiences. The next step is making these experiences easier to operate and scalable across larger fleets.”

At APEX FTE EXPO, MSM.digital and PICO will offer airlines an exclusive look at the next generation of aviation XR. Through private demonstrations at Booth 1017, airline teams can experience how immersive and mixed reality can evolve beyond individual use cases into a scalable passenger experience platform. The demonstration brings together next-generation XR technology with premium entertainment, interactive experiences, airline operations, safety and new commercial opportunities. It builds on real-world learnings from aviation deployments and is designed specifically around the requirements of airlines. Airline innovation, IFE, passenger experience and ancillary teams are invited to visit Booth 1017 for a private demonstration.

“APEX FTE EXPO brings together exactly the people we want to have this conversation with: airlines, airports, technology companies and the teams shaping the future passenger experience,” says Engler. “Singapore is particularly important for us because we will be showcasing the next generation of our aviation XR offering together with our technology partner PICO. Our goal is not simply to demonstrate technology. We want to discuss with airlines how immersive experiences can become a realistic part of future inflight entertainment and passenger engagement strategies, and what is required to deploy them at scale.”

RAVE Aerospace (Gold Sponsor and Exhibitor)

RAVE Aerospace – a Gold Sponsor of APEX FTE EXPO – builds the platform that powers the passenger experience at 35,000 feet. Inflight entertainment, connectivity, cabin hardware, software, and the digital services on top. “We carry decades of IFEC heritage and believe that every passenger deserves a great experience,” says Ben Asmar, Vice President Product & Strategy, RAVE Aerospace. “Here’s what makes us different: The cabin used to be its own island, with great screens in the seats but they have been disconnected from everything the airline knows about its customer. We’re changing that. Our RAVE platform plugs into the airline’s commercial stack: loyalty, CRM, retail, and the systems that run the rest of the journey. This way the flight becomes part of a real end-to-end experience for the passenger.”

APEX FTE EXPO attendees can expect to find the full RAVE ecosystem all together in one place. A focus will be on RAVE OS 2, the core of the company’s next-generation onboard digital platform. “It’s a real shift,” says Asmar. “We’re moving from closed, hardware-defined systems to an open platform that keeps evolving long after install. Airlines get to innovate at their own pace and bring new capabilities onboard faster. Paired with it is our new Harmony user interface. It provides a consistent, modern, flexible look and feel, and it runs across multiple hardware generations. That means airlines don’t have to wait for a fleet refresh to give passengers something better. Two new digital products sit on top of that platform. First is our Developer Suite. A full SDK with robust APIs, so airlines and partners can build and integrate faster. Second is our App Marketplace. A new model for onboard innovation, built to speed up personalisation and unlock new revenue.”

Attendees will also see where the ecosystem is heading, with digital capabilities like advertising and mobile payments, plus third-party apps, all working together with RAVE Aerospace’s IFEC hardware. “The point of the booth for airlines is simple: come see how an open platform helps you engage your passengers and create measurable value,” says Asmar. “Then tell us what you’d build on it. I’m looking forward to connecting with our customers, our partners, and industry colleagues, all in one place. Some are close friends of RAVE. Some I only see once a year. Singapore gives us a chance to catch up.”

Shemaroo Contentino (Gold Sponsor and Exhibitor)

Shemaroo Contentino – a Gold Sponsor of APEX FTE EXPO – is the largest Indian content provider to airlines globally. It provides the latest Indian content across 15 languages to over 75 airlines worldwide. “Inflight entertainment is a very important customer service that airlines provide and Contentino helps airlines curate the best of Indian content for their passengers from the Indian Subcontinent,” says Murtuza Kagalwala, Managing Partner, Shemaroo Contentino. “It is an honour for us to be associated with APEX FTE EXPO as a Gold Sponsor. Being the largest content provider is not easy as airlines and CSPs have a lot of expectations from us. Our sponsorship allows us to give them reassurance that we are a ‘Gold Standard’ company and we are with you everywhere.”

In addition to its role as a Gold Sponsor, Shemaroo Contentino is exhibiting at APEX FTE EXPO. “Content is King,” says Kagalwala. “Airlines and CSPs are always excited about new and better content. What are the new content relationships that we have to offer is what is most crucial. Learnings and recommendations by route by demographics are what we provide to airlines and that gives them a lot of food for thought. Everyone is talking about AI. Contentino too is taking steps into AI with ‘Content I Know’. This allows us to provide better content sets and recommendations to our airlines.”

Shemaroo Contentino’s AI ‘Content I Know’ automates the whole content recommendation process. 10 years of data across airlines helps the company to better curate content for the airline. “When airlines provide us with their consumption patterns it allows us to better enhance the quality of the proposal,” Kagalwala adds.

Terry Steiner International (Gold Sponsor and Exhibitor)

Terry Steiner International – a Gold Sponsor of APEX FTE EXPO – is a leading distributor focused on connecting entertainment such as feature films, documentaries, TV series, digital media, podcasts and gaming, to non-theatrical outlets, primarily the inflight market and U.S. military as well as cruise lines, universities, hospitals, correctional institutions and transportation.

“Singapore will be an opportunity to hear new developments from our airline partners and for TSI to showcase our exciting 2027 line-up,” says Terry Steiner, President of Terry Steiner International (TSI).

In addition to being a Gold Sponsor, Terry Steiner International is exhibiting at APEX FTE EXPO. “We are particularly looking forward to introducing XBOX content as a first timer to the IFE market,” Steiner explains. “In addition, we are excited to showcase the breadth and diversity of our upcoming slate. This year’s highlights include feature films VERITY (Ann Hathaway), I PLAY ROCKY (Dir Peter Farrelly), THE THOMAS CROWN AFFAIR (Michael B Jordan) and SPACEBALLS: THE NEW ONE (Mel Brooks); TV series THE WALKING DEAD: DEAD CITY S3 and bite-sized celebrity driven content from CONDE NAST; Documentary: WHAM: 10 DAYS IN CHINA and GOOD GRIEF; Concerts: GEORGE MICHAEL: THE FAITH TOUR and SHERYL CROW: LIVE FROM THE RED ROCKS.”

Terry Steiner International will be at Booth 419 at APEX FTE EXPO. “I always look forward to seeing my airline clients and colleagues from all over the world, and this year the icing on the cake is receiving the APEX Lifetime Achievement Award,” Steiner adds. “As you can imagine, I am extremely honoured to be recognised with this prestigious award.”

VIBEQUEST (Gold Sponsor and Exhibitor)

VIBEQUEST (VQ) – a Gold Sponsor of APEX FTE EXPO – lets any passenger, in any seat, rent their own comfort for the flight. “I came up with the idea during a night flight where my back, neck and tailbone hurt and I couldn’t sleep,” explains Brandon Capps, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, VIBEQUEST. “I have been obsessed ever since.”

VQ is a premium and portable seat overlay that lies over the existing seat and stays in place under the passenger’s own weight, so there’s no aircraft or seat modification and no aircraft downtime. Customisable inflatable lumbar support adjusts to each passenger, and the head and neck cradle support lets them rest in four ways: back, left, right, and forward with the head down, without the jolt that wakes you the moment your head drops.

“The business model works like a duty free concession,” says Capps. “We own the units, we replace them, and the airline never pays for them. The passenger rents one for the flight, and the airline earns a significant share of every rental from day one. The same model works for airports and lounges. Comfort has always depended on your seat. Getting more of it meant upgrading to more legroom or a different cabin. That’s always been a pure capital cost: years of engineering, new seats, and aircraft sitting on the ground while the work is done. Some carriers are now putting up to $7 billion into new cabins, The Business Times reported in October. Once the aircraft flies again, the seat itself earns nothing on its own, and the cycle repeats every seven to ten years. VQ needs none of it. We hand comfort to the passenger instead and the seat itself becomes a place the airline can earn, so every seat in the cabin becomes a potential profit centre instead of a cost. Legroom sells space. VIBEQUEST sells comfort. The two stack together rather than substitute.”

At Booth 1013, you’ll find a row of real aircraft seats from Asia. “You can’t judge a comfort product by looking at it, so come and try it,” says Capps. “A live demonstration takes one minute.”

The feature VIBEQUEST is most looking forward to showing in Singapore is forward sleep. You lean forward, rest your face on a soft mask, and you’re held gently in place with real support. “Anyone who’s attempted to sleep face down on a tray table like I have will understand immediately,” Capps shares. “We’re bringing two products, one for traditional seats and one that sits beneath the large built-in headrests on newer seats. If you’re wondering how it would work on your aircraft, that’s exactly the conversation we want to have. We want operations teams to stop by also. Ordering, delivery, collection, stowage, handling, and airport and lounge integration are all on the table, and airport and lounge teams can talk through how a passenger would collect one before boarding. Bring the hard questions. We look forward to answering them face-to-face.”

Hear more from VIBEQUEST at APEX FTE EXPO (Singapore, 18-19 November 2026). Brandon Capps, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, VIBEQUEST, is participating in a session titled ‘How the latest ancillary revenue trends are redefining travel booking, loyalty, engagement and experiences’.

WhisperWings (Gold Sponsor and Exhibitor)

WhisperWings – a Gold Sponsor of APEX FTE EXPO – is a children’s music group led by artists Ora and Eric Harper. “We write and record handcrafted, acoustic music made to help kids settle, rest, and sleep,” explains Michael Murphy, Chief Operations Officer, WhisperWings. “Most kids’ content onboard is built to stimulate. Ours is built to calm. And calm has no age limit: parents put it on for their little ones and end up unwinding right alongside them. For airlines, that means one calm content hub serves the whole family, and creates a more peaceful cabin for everyone around them. We license our catalogue to airlines and content service providers, so one partnership can bring that calm to families across many routes.”

In addition to its role as a Gold Sponsor, WhisperWings is exhibiting at APEX FTE EXPO and describes its booth as a quiet spot on a busy show floor. “Put on a pair of headphones, pick up an iPad, and experience what we’d bring to your cabin,” says Murphy. “Our team will be on hand to talk through licensing, channel curation, and how our catalogue plugs into existing IFE systems. Most of all, we want to show why a dedicated calm channel and content hub is the piece missing from most onboard line-ups. Anyone who has sat near a restless toddler on a long-haul flight knows the problem is real. Our goals are simple: let airline and CSP leaders experience the content for themselves, start conversations about IFE partnerships, and make the case that calm is a premium amenity worth investing in.”

This year, WhisperWings released As You Dream, its debut album, and Eric, its in-house engineer, is producing even calmer versions of fan favourites for inflight and sleep use. WhisperWings has also submitted its work for GRAMMY consideration, with everything performed by real musicians on real instruments.

Looking ahead, Murphy is eager to participate at APEX FTE EXPO. “We want to hear what airlines are seeing with family travellers, where audio and calming content fits into their IFE roadmaps, and how wellness is shaping cabin design. And Singapore is a beautiful place to have those conversations. Our message is simple: the calmest flight starts with the smallest passengers, and the grown-ups travelling with them deserve a moment of peace too. We’d love to show you how.”

Pattern Labs (Bronze Sponsor and Exhibitor)

Pattern – a Bronze Sponsor of APEX FTE EXPO – builds the complete software and Physical AI stack for modern ground operations. Ramps change by the minute: late inbounds, gate swaps, weather holds, short connections, staffing call-outs. Yet most ground teams still coordinate through radios, spreadsheets and a patchwork of point tools that each see only part of the picture.

“Pulse replaces that patchwork with one platform,” explains Kellen Schroeter, Co-founder & CEO, Pattern Labs. “Live visibility, autonomous dispatch, resource planning, rostering, team messaging, scanning with Pulse Connect and ops replay all run on the same real-time model of the operation. At its core is Pulse Dispatch. It isn’t a dispatcher with a spreadsheet and a radio. It’s an optimisation engine that continuously works out the best assignment of every mission across people, vehicles and robots, and re-optimises in seconds when a flight runs late, a gate changes or a runner drops off. Nobody rebuilds the plan by hand: every runner always has the right next job, and supervisors manage exceptions instead of making every call. Pulse connects to the systems airlines already rely on, including handheld scanners, baggage reconciliation systems and standard airline messaging, so our modules fit into an existing operation, complementing the tools teams want to keep, rather than forcing a rip-and-replace. Because Dispatch doesn’t care whether a mission goes to a person or a machine, our Pathfinder autonomous baggage shuttles take work from the same queue as ramp agents. That’s what makes Pattern an ecosystem rather than a tool: one AI orchestration layer for people, equipment and autonomy.”

Today, United Airlines and Alaska Airlines run ground operations on Pulse at some of the busiest hubs in the world, and Pathfinder is operating in Denver and with DHL at London Gatwick. Operations running on Pattern see an average 50% improvement in missed-bag rate and a 35-40% gain in team efficiency, which means more reliable turns for airlines and bags that arrive with their passengers.

“Asia-Pacific is home to some of the fastest-growing hubs in the world, and the airlines and handlers running them face the same pressures we solve every day in the U.S. and Europe: tighter connections, harder-to-staff ramps and rising passenger expectations around their bags,” says Schroeter. “APEX FTE EXPO puts us in the room with the leaders making those decisions. Our goal is simple. We want to show what’s already working at scale, not another pilot that never leaves the trial phase. Our tools are driving real operational improvements, moving millions of bags and standing up to the demands of deployment at scale. We’d like to start conversations with airlines and airports in the region that want measurable gains in on-time performance, missed-bag rate and team efficiency, and a clear path from digital tools to autonomy.”

Pattern is bringing a live ramp to Singapore. Visitors will see Pulse running real airport processes, including transfer bags, inbound bags to claim, inter-terminal moves and autonomous bag runs by Pathfinder, all from a single dispatch layer. “The part we’re most excited to show is how Pulse handles disruption,” says Schroeter. “Pick a scenario, such as a late inbound with tight connections, a gate swap at peak or two runners calling out, and watch it unfold in real time: Pulse View shows every connected runner, vehicle, robot and scanned bag on one live map; Pulse Dispatch autonomously re-optimizes every mission in seconds, moving work between people and Pathfinder shuttles as the situation changes, with no one rebuilding assignments by hand; Pulse Plan forecasts staffing from expected flight volume, so teams are sized for the day before it starts.”

Pattern is also launching the Pulse AI Module in Singapore: an AI agent built into Pulse that works alongside operations leaders. Ask it why missed bags spiked during last night’s evening bank, or where tomorrow’s schedule will stretch the team, and it digs through live and historical operations data to find the cause and recommend a fix before the problem reaches the airfield. “Visitors can put it to work on their own ops questions at the booth,” Schroeter adds. “Most visitors arrive with a process they want to improve. Bring it, and we’ll show you how Pulse would run it.”

Hear more from Pattern at APEX FTE EXPO (Singapore, 18-19 November 2026). Kellen Schroeter, Co-founder & CEO, Pattern Labs, is participating in a session focused on ‘Making autonomous airport operations a reality: Inspiration from the first movers’.

The company’s approach is to build long-term partnerships within the aviation industry and to meet its evolving content needs.

“This is the first time we are exhibiting at APEX FTE EXPO following the merger between Banijay Rights and All3Media International, so it is an important moment for us to introduce clients in person to the expanded slate,” says Emily Lawn, Sales Manager, Inflight, Transport and Clips, Banijay Rights. “This market is also a fantastic opportunity to show clients how our business has evolved, as well as strengthening existing relationships, meeting new partners and exploring opportunities for growth in the inflight industry.”

As a global distributor, Banijay Rights’ catalogue is built around content with international appeal, combining exceptional storytelling and production quality with compelling entertainment. “Our APEX FTE EXPO slate brings together highly anticipated new titles and hit returning series for the year ahead, from star-studded, premium thrillers such as The Assassin (season 2) starring Freddie Highmore and Keeley Hawes, and Maya, led by Daisy Haggard and Bella Ramsey, alongside striking docuseries A Beautiful Obsession, which delivers unprecedented access to Manchester City’s manager Pep Guardiola,” says Lawn. “Additionally, fan-favourite franchises like Race Across the World are perfect for inspiring passengers’ next adventures or for a compelling binge-watch. Passengers can enjoy the addictive global reality phenomenon The Traitors, with the US, UK, Australian and Indian editions amongst the versions available to acquire from Banijay Rights.”

Banijay Rights is particularly keen to hear directly from clients about what they’re seeing in the market and what their passengers are looking for. “Bringing Banijay Rights’ bolstered slate to APEX FTE EXPO for the first time marks a new chapter for our Inflight team and is an exciting opportunity to develop existing relationships, build new partnerships and showcase our stellar line-up,” Lawn adds.

APEX FTE EXPO visitors can expect a collaborative experience focused on how premium content can enhance every stage of the passenger journey.

“We’ll be showcasing BBC Player, the revolutionary app which will redefine the future of inflight entertainment, as the first fully rights-cleared streaming platform developed for airlines,” Neophytou shares. “Our team will be showcasing the breadth of the BBC Studios content portfolio, including globally recognised brands and content offerings that help airlines deliver trusted news, compelling storytelling and world-class entertainment to passengers. APEX FTE EXPO offers a valuable opportunity for Bottega to engage with key stakeholders across the aviation industry and showcase how consumer trends are shaping beverage innovation. “Our main objectives are to strengthen existing partnerships, connect with new airline and travel retail partners, and present a range of products developed to address evolving passenger expectations, including moderation, personalisation and premium experiences,” Dalle Mule explains. “We also look forward to discussing how beverage innovation can contribute to customer satisfaction and commercial performance.”

Visitors to the Bottega stand will discover a series of new concepts designed around emerging consumer lifestyles and travel retail trends. “We are particularly excited to present Bottega 0, our alcohol-free sparkling beverage created for consumers seeking premium alternatives without alcohol; Amazonik, a vibrant new sparkling wine concept inspired by the colours of the Amazon rainforest; and Petalo Moscato with his new packaging,” says Dalle Mule. “We are suggesting an innovative serving ritual that reimagines sparkling Moscato as a fresh, lower-alcohol cocktail-style experience served over ice with a slice of orange. These innovations reflect the growing demand for flexibility, moderation and new consumption occasions, while maintaining the quality and distinctive Italian lifestyle that define the Bottega brand.”

Bottega invites attendees to visit Booth 827 to discover the latest innovations and discuss the future of onboard and travel retail beverage experiences. “Our team will be available throughout the event to explore partnership opportunities, share insights into consumer trends and discuss solutions tailored to airlines and airport operators,” Dalle Mule adds. “We look forward to meeting both existing and new partners and to exchanging ideas on how innovation can create more engaging and memorable experiences for travellers.”

Burke Gibson LLC

Burke Gibson LLC is a custom architectural millwork, casework and metals fabricator. The company engineers, builds and installs the interior elements passengers and staff touch every day: ticketing and check-in counters, gate podiums, lounge and concession millwork, customs and border processing counters, wall panelling, and architectural metal features.

“Airports are the core of what we do, and no terminal is too small or too large for us,” says Kenny David, Sales Executive, Burke Gibson. “We work alongside general contractors, architects and airport authorities from design assist through shop drawings, fabrication and installation, so the finished interior holds up to 24/7 passenger traffic, meets tight security and accessibility requirements, and can be installed in phases while the terminal stays open. We also bring that same capability to the hospitality and resort projects that surround the travel experience, including extensive work in Hawaii.”

Burke Gibson’s main goal at APEX FTE EXPO is to meet the airport operators, airlines, lounge operators, architects and contractors shaping the next generation of terminals, and to show them what a dedicated millwork and casework partner can do for a terminal programme. “We want to start conversations with project teams in Asia-Pacific and beyond who are planning terminal expansions, lounge renovations or passenger processing upgrades, and learn about upcoming programmes early enough to add value during design,” David shares.

The Burke Gibson booth (909) at APEX FTE EXPO will be built around the company’s airport project portfolio. “Visitors will see completed terminal work, including check-in and ticketing zones, gate areas, premium lounges and customs facilities, presented with the drawings and details behind them, so they can see how we take a design from concept to installed product,” David explains. “We’re especially excited to talk about how we design for real terminal conditions: durable materials and finishes that stand up to heavy use, integrated technology and power for counters and podiums, and fabrication and sequencing that keep live terminals running during construction. Our team will be on hand to walk through any project in detail.”

David adds: “We’re happy to review an upcoming project, share examples from our portfolio, or simply talk through what’s working in terminal interiors today. Our message in advance: the spaces passengers remember are built by people who understand how airports work. Burke Gibson brings that experience to every terminal we build, and we look forward to meeting you in Singapore.”

Burrana

Burrana is a global aircraft cabin technology company specialising in innovative in-seat power solutions. “Our flagship RISE Power platform represents ‘THE NEW CLASS OF POWER’, reflecting the evolution of in-seat power from a passenger amenity to essential cabin infrastructure,” says David Pook, VP Global Marketing and Sales, Burrana. “Now selected by more than 25 airlines across over 1,000 aircraft, RISE Power combines high-performance charging, intelligent power management and lightweight architecture to reduce aircraft weight, simplify installation and maintenance, and lower total cost of ownership. We work closely with airlines, aircraft manufacturers, seat suppliers and industry partners across both line-fit and retrofit programmes.”

Burrana’s primary objective is to demonstrate how it is redefining in-seat power, moving beyond passenger charging to deliver intelligent cabin infrastructure that creates greater operational and commercial value for airlines. “APEX FTE EXPO provides an important opportunity to strengthen industry relationships, engage with new customers across the Asia-Pacific region and demonstrate how RISE Power addresses key airline priorities, including charging performance, weight reduction, installation efficiency and lower lifecycle costs,” Pook explains.

Visitors to Booth 113 will be able to experience RISE Power first-hand through a demonstration of its key hardware components and how the system intelligently manages and distributes power across the cabin. “Alongside its 60W USB-C charging and intelligent power sharing capabilities, we’ll demonstrate how RISE Power’s advanced data analytics provide airlines with valuable insights into passenger charging behaviour, system performance and predictive maintenance opportunities,” says Pook. “We’ll also be discussing our Power + PSS solution for widebody cabin refurbishments, enabling airlines to remove legacy IFE systems while retaining essential passenger services and introducing modern in-seat power.”

Additionally, Burrana will share its vision for RISE Engage, an e-paper seatback concept offering new possibilities for dynamic passenger communications, targeted messaging and ancillary revenue generation. “We’re particularly interested in airline feedback to help shape its future development,” Pook shares.

Whether you’re considering in-seat power for a new aircraft programme, evaluating retrofit opportunities or exploring how intelligent power systems can deliver greater value, Burrana would welcome the conversation. “In-seat power is no longer just about charging devices,” Pook adds. “It’s about smarter, lighter and more efficient cabin infrastructure that is uniquely positioned to power what’s next. That’s ‘THE NEW CLASS OF POWER’.”

With more than 25 years of industry experience and roots in the LSG Group, C8Rtech helps airlines and caterers work more effectively through one connected digital platform. The company’s Catering Suite and Inflight Suite connect planning, production, logistics, reporting, invoicing and onboard operations, enabling both airlines and caterers to work with the same real-time information, improve collaboration, and optimise end-to-end catering processes.

“APEX FTE EXPO is an excellent opportunity to engage with airlines, caterers, and industry partners who are looking to modernise their operations,” says Robin Klaas, Commercial Director, C8Rtech. “Our goal is to demonstrate how a connected ecosystem can eliminate operational silos, reduce manual processes, and improve communication between airlines and catering providers. C8Rtech is particularly excited to showcase how its integrated Catering Suite and Inflight Suite provide real-time visibility, paperless operations, workflow automation and seamless airline-caterer collaboration. Attendees will also see how operational data can be transformed into actionable insights, helping organisations move from reactive decision-making to more predictive and efficient planning.

“We invite attendees to visit us at Booth 1021 to see our live demonstrations and discuss their operational challenges and goals with our team,” Klaas adds. “Whether you’re an airline looking to improve onboard operations or a caterer seeking greater efficiency and visibility, we’d welcome the opportunity to explore how a connected platform can support your business. Our message is simple: the future of airline catering lies in better connectivity, automation, and data-driven collaboration. We look forward to showing how airlines and caterers can work together more effectively through one shared digital platform.”

Captive Entertainment

Captive Entertainment has been part of the airline and non-theatrical space for nearly 24 years, primarily through feature films and documentaries. “In 2025, we expanded into television, bringing a whole new mix of programming into the fold while giving our documentary offering some extra love along the way,” says Shaiza Lalji, Executive Director, Non-Theatrical Sales & Acquisitions, Captive Entertainment. “Having been on both sides of the table, we understand that every airline has its own audience, brand and programming priorities. Our goal is to offer a little something for everyone, while keeping things flexible and accessible for buyers.”

At APEX FTE EXPO, Captive Entertainment is excited to share what’s new across its film and TV catalogues. “With a growing mix of award-winning and acclaimed programming, familiar favourites, and exciting new additions lined up for 2027, Singapore is a great opportunity to give buyers a peek at what they may have missed and a sneak peek at what’s ahead,” Lalji explains. “Just as importantly, we’re looking forward to hearing first-hand what airlines are looking for next, so we can continue shaping our catalogue around their needs.”

Lalji highlights that Captive Entertainment has quite a bit up its sleeve for 2027. “One we’re particularly excited about is Hooligans: The ARCH Racing Project, a six-part docuseries executive produced by and starring Keanu Reeves and Gard Hollinger,” says Lalji. “Following the founders of ARCH Motorcycle as they take on professional motorcycle racing, the series brings together Hollywood star power, high-speed action, and an underdog story with appeal well beyond motorsports fans. Available to airlines March 2027. Just in time for Super Bowl season, we’re also introducing Life After, a new addition to our catalogue featuring former NFL stars including Hall of Famer DeMarcus Ware, Thomas Jones, Spice Adams, Justin Forsett, and Bubba Baker. Available February 2027, it joins Offseason, our most successful TV series of 2026, as another opportunity for airlines to tap into the excitement surrounding the NFL. For those with a little wanderlust, our Emmy-winning Staycation franchise continues to grow, with Season 5 and Season 2 of Staycation International on the horizon, featuring key destinations including France, Dubai, Lisbon, and Spain. Travel by Dart also returns for Season 8 in Q2 2027, with upcoming adventures through Ethiopia, France, and Mauritius. Beyond the programming itself, we’re also offering select titles in 4K, giving airlines more flexibility as onboard entertainment technology continues to evolve.”

As the IFE landscape continues to evolve, Captive Entertainment is excited to grow alongside it, explore new opportunities and find creative ways to keep its offerings fresh and competitive. “Whether you’re looking for something specific or just want to see what we’re up to, come say hello,” Lalji adds. “We’re looking forward to the conversations and possibilities Singapore has in store.”

CineSend

CineSend is a cloud-based streaming provider powering the next generation of inflight entertainment. “While onboard WiFi is a major win for passengers, airlines risk losing engagement when travellers switch to personal apps,” says Eric Rosset, VP of Business Development, CineSend. “CineSend solves this by keeping passengers engaged within the airline’s own ecosystem. Without requiring onboard hardware, airlines can delight passengers by offering movies and TV shows for streaming directly on their personal electronic devices. The upside is increased loyalty, attention and advertising revenue.”

CineSend’s key objective as an exhibitor at APEX FTE EXPO is to connect with airlines looking to engage passengers with a cloud-based streaming platform. “Attendees can visit us at Booth 311 to experience live demonstrations of our software,” Rosset adds. “We are particularly excited to showcase our innovative cloud-streaming IFE solution to airlines and share in the excitement of this next chapter for passenger engagement.”

Manna from Heaven

Manna from Heaven is a family-owned Sydney food manufacturer that has been making handmade bakery food exclusively for airlines for almost 30 years. “Everything we make is created for the inflight experience, so passengers can’t get it anywhere else,” explains Ashley Meddings, Managing Director, Manna from Heaven. “That makes us an asset to our airline and catering partners, not just a supplier. Our ‘paddock to plane’ philosophy means traceable Australian ingredients, made from scratch by chefs in our SQF, HACCP, Export and Halal-certified facility, just 4km from Sydney Airport. We deliver the quality of home cooking at the volume airlines need, across First, Business and Economy. We’ve been the longest-serving supplier to Qantas from the 1990s, and we now work with caterers and airlines around the world through our Australian meat export licence accreditation.”

At APEX FTE EXPO, Manna from Heaven wants to meet airlines and caterers who are looking for food that passengers remember, and who see onboard food as part of their brand rather than just a cost per unit. “Our new meat export licence means Australian handmade produce is now available to most regions of the world, so we’re keen to start conversations with new partners and strengthen existing ones,” says Meddings. “We also like to be at the kitchen door with our customers. Our chefs both develop and deliver the products, so we’d like to show airlines how closely we work with them on tailored menus and tenders.”

Manna from Heaven’s approach is real food, so expect to learn how it can deliver this to new clients. The highlight is an expanded premium meat range, now exportable, including the Whole Braised Beef Cheek Pie, Pulled Wagyu Beef and Slow Braised Lamb. These sit alongside hot handheld snacks, pies, quiches and desserts for every cabin class.

“What we’re most proud of is the quality: whole, natural ingredients, with no shortcuts like added water, fillers, flavourings or preservatives, handmade at scale as a restaurant quality product should be,” says Meddings. “Our team can also talk through bespoke development, since each product is designed and created to deliver the airline’s brief, cost-budget and cabin experience. Our message: your passengers deserve food that tastes like it’s from home, to elevate passenger inflight experience, wellbeing and loyalty, and Manna from Heaven can deliver that to you at scale.”

Media Carrier Solutions

Media Carrier Solutions GmbH partners with airlines to provide passengers with customised digital content along their entire journey. “Our diverse portfolio with thousands of newspapers, magazines, podcasts and travel guides from over 70 countries in about 50 languages is always available and requires no additional app but is instead customised to match the airline’s own branding,” explains Sandra Bardewyck, Managing Director, Media Carrier Solutions GmbH. “Passengers are able to save newspapers and magazines on their own smartphones, laptops, or PCs and continue reading them later. Thus, they return to the platform – and to the airline’s brand ecosystem – multiple times. With many opportunities to generate additional revenue through advertising on our platform ahead.”

Media Carrier Solutions’ focus is on personalisation and improved connectivity. “We deliver up-to-date content from home, no matter where you are in the world, tailored to every interest and every age group,” says Bardewyck. “The daily newspaper on a morning flight and a relaxing magazine on an evening flight. Whereas we were limited by the capacity of onboard servers in the past, enhanced connectivity (Starlink and more) offers significantly more options, for example even more variety in reading options above the clouds. Plus, our platform helps airlines ensure that passengers stay connected to their brand.”

Media Carrier Solutions is introducing its new SCANtoREAD feature at APEX FTE EXPO. This extension to the Media Carrier Solutions platform means passengers just scan the QR code displayed and start reading. They are directed straight to their favourite newspaper (or the inflight magazine) with no detours and distractions. The new feature can be integrated into many different touchpoints, such as lounges, and is always helpful when passengers need quick access to a specific publication.

“Our message is ‘Love is in the air – and so are newspapers and magazines’,” Bardewyck adds. “On a side note, if attendees stop by our booth (210), they’ll be immersed in the world of Bavaria (that’s our home base). Whoever can hold up a beer stein the longest will have a chance to win an invitation to the Munich Oktoberfest.”

RMT Global Partners

RMT Global Partners is a solutions‑driven supplier specialising in inflight service products, cabin care items, and operational consumables used across the air transport ecosystem. It works closely with airlines, caterers and service providers to deliver products that perform reliably in real‑world aviation environments, from cabin cleaning and hygiene to passenger‑facing amenities.

“Our role is to bridge the gap between what airlines envision and what actually works onboard,” explains Erick Ray, Director Global Sales & Business Development, RMT Global Partners. “We listen closely to operational teams, understand the constraints of catering logistics and aircraft turnaround times, and design products that support efficiency, consistency, and brand experience. Whether it’s wipes, packaging, or custom‑developed items, our focus is always on practicality, quality, and seamless integration into existing airline workflows.”

RMT Global Partners’ goal at APEX FTE EXPO is to connect with airlines and partners who are looking for dependable, scalable solutions that improve cabin operations and elevate the passenger experience. “We want to showcase how RMT’s product development, supply chain capabilities, and customer‑centric approach can support airlines as they navigate evolving service models, sustainability goals, and operational challenges,” says Ray. “We’re also here to listen. The best innovations come from understanding what airlines are dealing with day‑to‑day, whether that’s turnaround pressures, hygiene expectations, or cost‑efficiency targets. This event gives us the opportunity to gather those insights and translate them into smarter, more effective products.”

APEX FTE EXPO attendees can expect a hands‑on, practical experience at the RMT Global Partners booth. The company is showcasing product lines that have been redesigned for better performance, improved sustainability profiles, and more efficient onboard use. “Our team will walk visitors through the operational thinking behind each item, why it was developed, how it solves a real cabin challenge, and how it integrates into airline service routines,” Ray shares. “We’re especially excited to highlight new material technologies and upgraded cabin care solutions that reflect the latest hygiene standards and airline feedback. These aren’t theoretical concepts, they’re products already proving themselves in active service environments. The focus is on reliability, consistency, and operational value.”

Ray adds that the company’s message is simple: “RMT Global Partners is a solutions provider, if you have a want or a need, we’ll find the right answer for you. We’re here to listen first, then deliver. We don’t believe in one‑size‑fits‑all products. We believe in building tailored solutions that fit your cabin, your service model, and your brand.”

Urielsoft

Urielsoft is a South Korean aviation IT company specialising in airport and airline passenger processing solutions, smart airport technologies, and AI-driven digital transformation. The company provides software solutions and equipment across passenger processing, baggage handling, airport operations and training.

In South Korea, Urielsoft has participated in the development, implementation and enhancement of major systems at Incheon International Airport, including AirCUS, a Common Use Passenger Processing System, and AirBRS, a Baggage Reconciliation System. It has also developed applications and implemented self-service check-in kiosk solutions for major Korean airlines, connecting airline systems with airport equipment to improve operational efficiency and the passenger experience.

Urielsoft is expanding its presence beyond South Korea by supplying solutions to airports in Japan, Burundi and Kazakhstan. More recently, it supplied Korea Airports Corporation (KAC) with a solution that provides international passengers with information on airport processing times. In addition, the company’s AI-powered X-ray screening training programme has been selected for pilot use as an innovative product in Korea.

Building on this experience, Urielsoft is expanding beyond conventional airport IT systems toward intelligent, AI-powered solutions that connect technology, people and airport operations. Its vision is to make advanced airport technologies more accessible, adaptable and scalable for airports of all sizes around the world.

Urielsoft’s primary objective at APEX FTE EXPO is to demonstrate how AI can make airport passenger services and counter operations smarter, more efficient and more passenger-friendly. Through the AI Avatar Counter, which combines conversational AI, digital human interaction and check-in technology, Urielsoft will introduce a new approach to passenger processing. It also aims to engage with airport operators, airlines and global technology partners to understand real operational needs, explore practical opportunities for AI adoption, and build partnerships for service expansion and international growth. Urielsoft believes the future of aviation involves reimagining how airport services can be delivered, as well as improving existing processes.

The highlight at the Urielsoft booth will be the AI Avatar Counter, an AI-powered passenger service counter that enables passengers to interact naturally with a digital human during airport procedures. Urielsoft will also showcase an AI-powered X-ray screening training solution designed to enhance the image interpretation skills of security screening personnel, and the Intelligent Airside Management System (IAMS), which analyses airport operational data and provides real-time dashboards covering on-time performance, airport capacity, and aircraft parking stand status.

At the AI Avatar Counter, Urielsoft will demonstrate reservation retrieval, seat selection and the printing of boarding passes and baggage tags, showing how passenger requests can lead to actual transactions and equipment operations. This approach opens new possibilities for multilingual passenger assistance and more flexible airport service delivery. Check-in is the first use case for this service approach. Looking ahead, Urielsoft aims to expand its capabilities to support a wider range of airline-specific passenger processing functions and system integrations, with the long-term goal of developing a next-generation counter solution capable of replacing the functionality of traditional Common Use Passenger Processing Systems (CUPPS). Urielsoft wants visitors to experience how AI could reshape airport services through practical applications.
