Nine organisations were last night recognised for their outstanding efforts to improve the passenger experience at the 4th Future Travel Experience Awards, which were presented at Future Travel Experience Global 2014 in Las Vegas.
The third instalment of the FTE Global 2014 exhibition preview includes solutions ranging from Automated Passport Control kiosks to self-boarding gates.
