Two “avatars” have been introduced in Terminal A with the aim of helping to ensure passengers know what to expect when they reach the security checkpoint.
Warsaw Chopin Airport has installed a Polish- and English-speaking virtual assistant to help passengers with the self-service check-in process.
FTE toured London Stansted Airport with Neil Banks, Terminal Transformation Manager, to preview the latest developments, including self-service smart access security gates, fast-track security, intuitive wayfinding and a virtual assistant.
Athens International Airport is enhancing the travel experience for its passengers, with innovations such as Virtual Assistants, branded video walls, dynamic ‘Time-to-Gate’ monitors and an ‘Internet island’.
Dubai International has installed the world’s first interactive virtual assistant, enabling passengers to request answers to their specific travel and security questions.
Branded Departure Gate Lounges, ‘Time to Gate’ informative monitors and Virtual Assistants can now be found at Athens International Airport.
